We are seeking a motivated and energetic artist to join our company as a Graphics Designer/Videographer. As part of our creative team, you create graphics, video content and assets for use across a wide variety of media, including our platform, social media, mobile platforms, and email. You work with the co-founder and Sales and Marketing Lead along with out of house creative contractors, supporting company goals and media initiatives, meaning that a collaborative mindset is an absolute must. Our ideal candidate is an expert in an array of Adobe products, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects Design, Premiere Pro. You should also be an expert in other common design software such as Canva. Creating tradeshow assets will also be required, and travel to tradeshows to shoot content live.
Graphics Designer Duties and Responsibilities
Create visually stunning cannabis science and technology graphics, video assets and content that are attractive to our demographic base (B2B cannabis and hemp oil manufacturers.)Collaborate with colleagues to best support larger media goalsTake initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutionsCreate graphic templates for easy use by other team members and client teams.Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries
Videographer Designer Requirements and Qualifications

Graphic Designer/Production Artist We are looking for a Production Designer to support the day to day digital operations of the Design Department. As a member of the Design team, you will contribute to ongoing optimization of our graphic asset library, assist with creating mechanicals for print production, as well as ongoing everyday design assistance to the Senior Designer as directed.This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Designer.
Job Duties:
- Develop print-ready production mechanicals based on design files, working within established development process for design reviews and approvals
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency for all deliverables
- Partner with the Marketing team in production activities, including packaging, marketing collateral, mechanicals or templates, placing or cropping images, retouching or image compression and slicing or conversion of files across platforms
- Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure technical and schedule requirements are met
- Attend weekly scheduling meetings with Marketing Team and Packaging/Production
- Manage print vendors + oversee printing quality to ensure concepts are executed to perfection
- Help to establish and maintain brand standards and consistency across packaging formats and categories
- Manage files and processes (incoming/outgoing, naming, archiving, etc.)
- Execute design production solutions that improve output quality, increase efficiency and speed, and/or enhance
Requirements
- You should have a creative background and basic mastery of the Adobe Suite (illustrator,Photoshop, InDesign. You should also have experience (or willingness to learn) communication software (Slack), and Google Workspace (especially Slides and Sheets).
- You should have the ability to follow processes and the mindset required to push projects to completion, quickly and accurately.
- To best succeed in this role, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload at the turn of a dime must come second nature to you
