Job Summary
The HR / People Ops Business Partner will provide strategic and tactical human resources support to our corporate employees, managers, and directors. As a trusted advisor and partner, the HRBP will manage day to day HR requests and transactions, assist in the implementation of HR programs, policies, and practices and coordinate between the business and People Ops team on current and long-term talent needs.
Based in our Miami / Coconut Grove corporate office and reporting to the CHRO, the HRBP will have an active role in the development of performance management and succession planning programs as well as work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide daily HRBP support to corporate teams, Director level and below.

- Conduct exit interviews - reporting and assessing trends and metrics.

- Coordinate with talent acquisition on searches for corporate roles at the Director level and below.
- People Ops Projects: participates in project teams and/or works independently on a variety of projects including the development of new policies, programs, performance management and succession planning.
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolutions.
- Maintains high level of confidentiality with consistency.
- Provide key support in projects and programs (employee engagement initiatives, rewards and recognition, career pathing, performance management.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
- Drive enterprise Succession Planning objectives by facilitating local talent reviews focused on technical skill as well as behavioral competencies to identify top talent, talent gaps, critical roles, and individual development plans.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist, HRBP experience, preferably in a high growth, startup environment
- Demonstrated experience thriving in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Fast learner, highly agile, and able to pivot quickly- no job to small or big
- Strong relationship building skills combined with effective listening and communication skills are essential for success in this position
- Consultative skills: ability to partner, influence and impact at all levels
- Knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a strategic Field People Ops (HR) Business Partner for our Northern California territory to partner with business leaders in defining and operationalizing a strategic people agenda for continuous growth and transformation of Statehouse's culture and capability. Our People Function is responsible for collaborating with the business to help solve complex organizational challenges, while ensuring we have the right people in the right function, helping us drive results and grow our business. The People Ops BP will work in the field to ensure the design of our people strategies aligns with the business strategies as well as successfully implement critical people initiatives and daily operations in a rapidly growing business environment.
This is a role for someone with expertise in field operations, talent development, as well as implementation of enterprise initiatives and programs. We are searching for a partner who can work effectively in a highly changing environment, demonstrating the ability to learn and adjust quickly while bringing others along when implementing innovative ideas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Consults with leaders, providing People Ops (HR) guidance when appropriate.
