DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- System administration and ownership of Microsoft Dynamics NAV systems and projects, including reports and analysis
- Maintain NAV systems and infrastructure for continuous availability
- Regular testing of system infrastructure including SQL Server
- Help Desk/3rd line technical fixes/troubleshooting to address incidents and service requests
- Work with the broader IT team and external partners/suppliers on problem management across all IT systems.
- Maintain asset records of software licenses for compliance and audit control
- To participate in various IT projects throughout the business
- To manage/support remotely all IT business needs of Dynamics NAV users
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Work collectively and respectfully with other team members.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS *
- In depth knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 / Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server software (Windows 2012/2016/2019 along with SQL Server)
- Ability to support Jet Report/Analytics
- 5+ years experience with ERP implementations
- Cannabis industry experience a plus
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to positively influence people; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization.
- Detail oriented with an eye on process optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
EDUCATION *
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required
