Work Hours and Benefits
This is a full-time position where you will be expected to work standard office hours from 9 AM - 6 PM on Mondays-Fridays. This includes an unpaid 1 hour lunch break.
We are closed all major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Day). We offer a competitive 401k plan (with an employer match) as well as paid time off.

QUALIFICATIONS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Associate will distribute product on behalf of the company
- Communicate and educate patients and caregivers
- Verify ID of recipient as a registered client of the corporation
- Prepare receipts for signature, verify product contents with recipient and obtain signatures on receipt from client
- Collect payment from clients and record all transactions into point of sale system
- Open and close a dispensary location
- Be aware of all store product pricing and ongoing specials
- Ensure waiting area/ bathroom/ and patient area are cleaned, organized, and up to company standards at all times
- Responsible for updating and maintaining all patient files (scanning both VALID NM MMJ ID, NM State ID, and patient files filled out and signed)
- At the end of the night patient files must be filed in the back cabinets and in alphabetical order by last name
- Must wear correct clothing attire - i.e.: Closed toe shoes, Urban Wellness Shirt at all times
- Each evening at the end of shift both in store menus and online menus must be updated with the correct inventory, any new releases, or next day specials and verified done correctly with on duty Manager
- Must assure all tills are stocked appropriately with drams, bags, and gloves for daily sales
- At the end of every night you are responsible for making sure all product is correctly put in safe and locked away for the next day. (ALL products containing cannabis MUST be locked in safe every night)
- Responsible for setting up all Till Displays every morning. Each side should have 1 of each strain and the correct product display bin set out and organized accordingly
- Answering all phone calls and patient questions in a timely manner and with the correct information
- Being sure to correctly take down any messages for managers and deliver them as soon as possible
- Zero tolerance for phone usage while sitting at the front desk. Make patients comfortable, remind of specials, talk up store product or new releases (Must utilize 15 min breaks/lunch for phone use)
- Must clean, organize, sanitize any empty bins or jars by the end of each business day
- Comply with sanitation and employee workplace policies for entire store. (trash, restrooms etc.)
- Comply with the state policy and regulations
