Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensuring facilities are tidy and functional. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina

- Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency,
- Notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations
- Support the setup of ventilation, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
- Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Able to pass all background checks.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- Equivalent combination of work/education experience accepted

Reliable, knowledgable, maintenance person needed for commercial cannabis cultivation facility.
Minimal experience needed in cultivation / cannabis knowledge. Direct experience in HVAC repairs and diagnoses required. No felonies.
This is a production environment where there can be NO downtime. This person will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and monitoring HVAC, fertigation (plumbing), and other facility equipment. Must be handy and quick to solve problems.
Keeping the facility clean, orderly, and functioning is your job.
