Ispire is searching for a Logistics Analyst to oversee supply chain processes and product delivery by tracking and reviewing invoices, shipment status, and delivery route activity. The role reports to the Director of Logistics and Procurement. Preferred Requirements:
- Required to work full-time and onsight at our Torrance, CA office.
- Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or relevant industry experience.
- Experience with ERP Systems, Warehouse Management Softwares(WMS), and Order Management Softwares (OMS).
- Experience documenting company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Extensive knowledge of shipping and distribution channels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Successfully meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Mastery of software tools: Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Project Management Tools, etc.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collects, interprets and analyzes various types of logistics data including the availability of product, reliability of transport and delivery, and other data related to product supply chain management, sourcing, and distribution.
- Maintains database(s) of logistics information.
- Tracks product flow from origin to delivery via web-based logistics systems and other appropriate methods of monitoring inventory and shipment vehicles.
- Reviews logistics processes and procedures; identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs.
- Reviews and analyzes transportation costs, parts procurement and delivery processes, inventory issues such as back orders, and other fulfillment metrics.
- Uses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and/or control logistics operations and processes.
- Monitors warehouse facilities to evaluate inventory transactions such as receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory integrity.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.

The Role:
LeafLink Logistics is seeking an ambitious Operations Analyst to help grow the newest LeafLink team. This role is the front-lines for the LeafLink Logistics team and is the eyes and ears for our customers. This individual will thrive off a fast-paced environment, ensuring an amazing delivery experience for LeafLink's marketplace clients. In addition, this individual will be a central liaison between our brands, retailers and delivery partners. Responsibilities:

Job Description
- Independently lead cross-functional projects to develop statistical and mathematical models to tackle supply chain problems across the business.
- Perform data analytics, forecasting, and optimization of related processes to support business decision making.
- Apply knowledge of supply chain and logistics including procurement, inventory, planning, and movement of materials and products according to the needs and objectives of the company.
- Seek opportunities to evaluate and improve existing supply chain plans to reduce the costs of transportation, distribution, and warehousing.
- Analyze model outputs and generate reports to provide recommendations to key partners. Effectively communicate and present results to the stakeholders and senior management.
Specific Skills:
- A Graduate degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related engineering and science discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in applying operations research and/or statistical modeling techniques.-Or-A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related engineering and science discipline with at least 5 years of related experience.
- Programming skills in at least one programming language (C++/Python/Java), math programming engine (CPLEX/Gurobi), Statistical package (R/SAS), SQL.
- Knowledge of mathematical modeling skills such as Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Programming, Heuristics, etc.
- Familiarity and experience with other analytical approaches (machine learning, statistics, etc.).
- Very strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiar with cloud computing such as MS Azure.
- Experience developing dashboards using visualization technologies such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral presentations and written reports.
- Knowledge of software development methodology is a plus.
