What We're Looking For
We are looking for a growing associate product manager early in their career to join LeafLink's product organization. As a LeafLink Product Manager, you will work closely with experienced product managers to refine your product management skills while owning your own portion of the LeafLink platform.
You will work closely with product designers, engineers, stakeholders, and others to build and launch various experiences, capabilities, and features to LeafLink customers. You will also be responsible for supporting sprint planning, roadmap constructions, retrospectives, and maintaining a backlog of ready to go stories, tasks, and bugs.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to and support the planning, prioritization, and implementation of various functionality and capabilities for LeafLink's cannabis platform
Work closely with various LeafLink teams and customer feedback to identify areas to improve the user experience
Write user stories, organize bugs, and review UX/UI designs in close coordination with the development team and product teammates
Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog and collaborate daily with our engineering team to execute
Act as point person for escalation and resolution during the product lifecycle as it relates to product decisions, concerns, bugs, and enhancements
Determine and provide a necessary level of documentation as well as working with other teams to produce sales and marketing collateral
Track product KPIs and analyze user data to evaluate adoption
Oversee sprints, retrospects, and similar agile based ceremonies

The Director will spearhead initiatives within the Eastern Region to ensure that all interested members of our society have the skills, knowledge, and opportunity to work in and own businesses within the Cannabis industry. The Director will champion Cresco Labs internal and external restorative justice initiatives, develop and implement Cresco Labs social equity business incubator strategy, ensure regional direct and ancillary business opportunities within the cannabis industry, build and maintain strategic coalitions with local community organizations and stakeholders, and drive collaboration with educational institutions to develop a standardized inclusive cannabis-industry focused curriculum.
The Director will coordinate with the Central and Western Regional Directors of SEED to provide Cresco Labs HQ with strategic recommendations and key insights to execute powerful work. The Director will partner cross functionally with other Cresco Labs regional leaders to promote seamless coordination, standardize processes when applicable, and ensure goals are established and performance measurement is conducted in a consistent manner.

- Management and implementation of regional restorative justice initiatives for the assigned region to focus on the key pillars of Cresco Labs through the SEED program

The Role

The Role
As the Onboarding and Support Manager, you will lead a team providing a world-class customer experience. This is a newly-formed role for a newly-formed team and you will provide thoughtful leadership, serve as a player coach, and be on the frontlines to help cover when the team needs it. Support and onboarding are two crucial functions for the customer lifecycle and this role will oversee the success of all LeafLink customers serviced within them.

- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and give constructive feedback to enable the onboarding and support team towards achieving their goals.
- Lead team meetings and regular check-ins. Serve as the connection point from outside teams including Product, Marketing, etc, informing the Onboarding and Support team of process changes, new initiatives and changes to workflows.
- Proactively manage customer escalations and high-profile customer inquiries.
- Design, implement and scale a strategy for onboarding success across different customer segments.

Qualifications:
- You have 4+ years in a customer-facing role within frontline support and/or onboarding.
- You also have 4+ years of leadership experience including coaching and training junior employees.

- Demonstrated ability in driving customer retention and fostering meaningful customer engagements.

Regional Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

This individual will be accountable for galvanizing a team under a common growth platform with accountability for the end-to-end P&L, hitting internal and external targets, and creating the necessary connections to a distinct grouping or Centers of Excellence at HQ. The leader of this geography will be ultimately responsible for state-level decision making, revenue growth, profitability, and in creating a sustainable growth plan to capture market share in both the short and long-term.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), NHP (Natural Health Products) or healthcare organization with a go-to-market approach that spans B2B, B2C, and industrial selling. The selected leader must have a healthy understanding of both owned and partner brand strategies, with an aptitude to advantage both private/white label and branded opportunities.
A successful candidate will have had prior success developing the strategy for a company or division, creating financial plans and budgets, responsibility for P&L, executing a growth plan that maximizes revenue and EBITDA, sales management, manufacturing, large-scale distribution leadership, managing and developing people, working in an environment that engineers to order, and championing the brand and developing a culture of excellence.
As the leader of the state(s), talent planning, talent management and professional development will be a core mandate of the role. In addition, the GM will be responsible for state communication, providing region performance updates to the RVP and Corporate leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all strategic facets of the area with full P&L responsibility across all functions, driving change and implementing new business processes by building cross-functional partnerships with sales, finance, marketing, supply chain, operations, controllership, human resources, compliance, quality and customer service.
- Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs such as Headcount, R&D, facilities operations, and equipment/improvements. Monitor budgets for performance to plan.

- Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for Executive Leadership, identifying performance to plan, Risks and Opportunities (R&O) with analysis and recommendations around gap closure

- Develop short and long term strategies in partnership with senior team members and provide the leadership necessary for the successful design, development, and execution of that strategy to achieve measurable outcomes in a timely, cost effective manner.

- Achieve the organization's overall strategic goals and profitability requirements as determined by the strategic plans and subsequently communicate the business' strategy to C-Suite and Board of Directors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible, successful experience in a high-growth CPG, NHP or healthcare organization, including 7+ years managing a large team across multiple sites
- Proven leadership and experience with managing effective client relationships that are high, wide and deep.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices and good business analysis/project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp a large, complex, matrix-oriented global business at a base level and use this understanding to set overall strategy and drive business process improvement.

- Work directly with LeafLink's Product & Engineering teams to address client needs, prioritizing customer issues and providing background information for technical resolution
- Teach customers about the platform, ways they can maximize their usage, and optimal workflows to grow their business
- Identify new growth opportunities in existing accounts, working cross-functionally to find and create increased upsell opportunities
- Build out client accounts with accurate product information and settings (data entry)

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of sales and/or client management experience, ideally in the cannabis industry and/or a startup environment

- Identifying and influencing state or local legislative proposals that would impact Cresco.
- Identifying proactive legislative and public policy opportunities at the state and local level.
- Supporting Cultivation and Dispensary managers' relationships with state and local elected officials.
- Managing state cannabis associations, contract lobbyists and national organizations, as assigned.
- Managing regional Political Action Committee (PAC) budgets and making effective PAC contributions.
- Understanding the governmental and political environment within assigned region.
- Keeping management apprised of political and legislative environment.
- Coordinating with Corporate Responsibility colleagues to identify, develop and leverage opportunities to engage with government officials regarding the firm's growing philanthropic initiatives and market expansion efforts.
- Collaborating on strategy with Market Leadership Teams, regional communications colleagues, Location Leaders in Strategic Hubs, Business Resource Groups and other internal stakeholders within assigned region.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Strong and effective lobbying experience in priority Western or Eastern states.
- Exceptional relationships and understanding of politics and state and local legislative process, particularly in the West or West.
- Strong understanding of financial services and business issues.
- Impeccable integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proven strong work ethic.
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10 years of total relevant experience

- Help define the LeafLink Marketplace strategy including building cross-functional relationships with other business line managers
- Monitor and analyze trends in each of our geographic marketplaces using both data and subjective knowledge to address market opportunities
- Launch and build highly liquid network effects in new markets/territories between Brand/Distributors (sellers) and Retailers (buyers) both domestically and internationally
- Explore new roles and organizational structure to further deepen engagement in existing markets - both on the ground and virtually deepening community trust
- Closely follow and be the resident expert on state licensing structures, maintaining close relationships with launch partners to properly serve each state market

In this role, you will spearhead the operations of new LeafLink offerings that set the supply chain standards for the cannabis industry's. Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the delivery and execution of a marketing strategy to help achieve our business objectives in the growing medical cannabis industry in New York.
- Act as a liaison between NYCANNA dispensary operations and Acreage Holdings marketing department.
- Grow and drive NYCANNA's social media by developing content to help accelerate our reputation state-wide and build a loyal following on social media.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to successfully execute our marketing strategy and programs for existing and new products / sku's.
- Oversee implementation of our communications strategy - for campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR - for both internal and external audiences
- Demonstrate an effective understanding of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to create, launch, and track performance of new products and campaigns
- Work with Acreage Marketing team and NYCANNA dispensary team to create compelling marketing campaigns and events to help establish NYCANNA as the leading NY medical cannabis company.
- Responsible for marketing project management including budgeting, expense tracking and reporting, and tracking key performance indicators for marketing initiatives.
- Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, audio / video production, sales tools, collateral, ads and web site development from initial concept to finished product and execution
- Analyze products, services offerings and approach of key competitors; leverage the insights gained to communicate key points of differentiation for products and services to our dispensary customers /partners.
- Act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency across all marketing projects and communication vehicles.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management or related field

The successful candidate will work directly with the Senior Research Analyst and their team on many aspects of the research process including: coordination of work across Cowen research teams on collaborative cannabis industry reports, building and maintaining financial models, performing financial analysis, cannabis industry data aggregation and maintenance, writing investment-driven research reports, developing and fielding industry surveys and undertaking a wide array of industry analyses and competitive assessments. The associate will have broad exposure to company managements, investor conferences, and the research process that professional investment analysts utilize to make investments and recommendations.
The following are the minimum requirements for the position:
- Undergraduate degree in business or a quantitative area if study with a strong GPA
