This position direct report to the General Manager, Accounting and Cultivation Director.
This position is responsible mainly for:
· Data entry in all systems (Biotrack and spreadsheets, etc.) of the production data of the cultivation facility.
· The persons work will consist to make sure we have received all the needed documents and data from the production department.
· Enter the data and validate production in spreadsheets and in Biotrack
· Making sure that all products being distributed are compliant and accurately recorded in all systems (Biotrack and spreadsheets, etc.).
· Oversee and support cannabis inventory management and compliance.
· Maintain a perpetual inventory system
· Work closely with the production departments to ensure packaged products are verified prior to entering into inventory software.
· Work closely with the Security/Transportation team to ensure that all outgoing shipments are coordinated in a timely manner.
Primary Duties:
· Enter inventory data into computer system quickly, accurately and efficiently to meet required cut off times and deadlines
· Receive production reports, validate the data using predetermined excel worksheets and with physical inventory.
· Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts
· Establish entry priority and identify and interpret data to be entered
· Enter validated production data into Biotrack and perpetual inventory excel worksheet
· Compare computer entered result with physical inventory to ensure that they are accurate
· Perform system adjustments (Biotrack) as required and conduct and/or participate in analysis of root cause for the adjustments.
· Perform cycle counts daily or weekly as needed
· Daily maintenance of logs and inventories
· Maintain informed sales department and GM of available inventories for sales
· Prepare a distribution plan based on the available inventory and orders received using the perpetual excel worksheet
· Create sub-lots on Biotrack based on the plan
· Label printing and ensure proper distribution
· Preparation of sales manifest and Invoice on Biotrack
· Dispatch Inventory sold
· Coordinate inventory delivery with the transportation company or unit
· Prepare transportation package documents (manifest, invoice and map)
· Ensure that all inventory has required laboratories and that all client has an email copy of those.
· Double check that clients (mainly cannabis dispensary) are in compliance with proper licenses and permits before any dispatch.
· Provide daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual production reports
· Assist in the preparation of compliance quarterly report to be submitted to the DOH.
· Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting changes as needed
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Filing and/or scanning of documents
· Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure DOH compliance
· Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
