Summary: The Cultivation tech position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, as described above
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.

- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
- Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
- Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Conduct trials to evaluate possible improvements to the crop
- Perform regular audits as required

Summary of Position
Fertigation Supervisor will ensure all irrigation and nutrient feeding requirements are followed accordingly. Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. Operates power equipment and hand tools to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems and related components, including irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, control panels, valves, pumps, etc.

- Develop nutrient programs with the Cultivation Manager to ensure strain-specific needs are met.
- Maintain strategy for crop irrigation and feeding schedules.

- Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately
- Respond to system alarms and diagnose/troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Take measurements, record data, and observations.
- Write and execute Standard Operating Procedures related to fertigation.
- Performs regular calibration of nutrient testing instruments.
- Monitor soil moisture content of the crop and obtain water samples for testing.

Summary
The HVAC Technician is responsible for HVAC equipment onsite, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts. In this position you will establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting and learning end to end testing, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
- Represents the company by learning to serve as the direct customer contact and is responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer's location.
- Coordinates with Facilities Maintenance Manager and grow house to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
- Use of software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
- Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
Education and/or Experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in Commercial or Residential HVAC; or completion of a Technical school program with a certificate in HVAC is strongly preferred.

Summary: The Lead Harvest Associate is responsible for organizing resources and leading the harvest operation, drying and curing cannabis, cleaning and sanitizing dry rooms, maintaining and cleaning equipment, performing daily environmental checks, flipping bays, debucking plants, collecting terpenes and collecting samples for 3rd party testing. The Lead Harvest Associate will manage several Harvest Associates as direct reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Always wear appropriate PPE and follow all GMP guidelines
- Train Staff of standard operating procedures and maintain training records
- Harvest terpenes, accurately remove flower from Biotrack and records results of terpene extraction. terpene
- Maintain departmental metrics
- Monitor processes and ensure proper documentation of all room care logs, batch information and moisture levels. Ensure harvest wet and dry weights are accurate.
- Record Harvest weights in Biotrack and create PO's for product transfer in Biotrack THC.
- Ensure routine temperature and humidity checks are complete and record on environmental log; report any conditions that are "out of spec" to management
- Identify plants/racks with pest pressure or seeds and segregate from clean materials and place in the appropriate dry rooms
- Ensure postharvest plant material is properly handled for drying and/or curing and that material is distributed evenly on baker's rack shelves for drying or hang plants for curing
- Check moisture levels of each discrete harvest each day and record those results on the appropriate forms
- Place dried/cured flower into appropriate containers, ensure the proper number of humidity control packets are in the container and burp and gently mix each day
- Clean all work areas, materials and equipment including trimmers, bins, barrels, racks
- Prepare work areas for a Harvest including but not limited to bucking stations, bins and stickers out, emptying the bays of tables and setting up trimmers
- Assist in Flipping plants from veg to flower rooms
- Clean and sanitize harvest area, dry rooms including all equipment and baker's racks with approved cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
- Monitor Flower moisture and ensure that the moisture is between 12-14% for flower sent to packaging and 10 % or less for flower sent for extraction.
- Operate, maintain and clean equipment such as trimmers and speed drying ovens so that they remain in optimal operating condition.
- Assist the harvest team in debucking, flipping and room sanitization when necessary
- Perform other duties as directed by management

Cultivation Supervisor
The Cultivation Supervisor will report to the Cultivation Manager and will assist in managing a large-scale indoor cultivation facility. The individual will manage and optimize all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, pruning, irrigation, IPM, harvest, waste disposal and inventory management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a large-scale indoor cultivation facility.
- Ensure the documented and effective training of entire cultivation team.
- Manage Department specific HR functions including scheduling, employee coaching, etc.
- Perform all the tasks in the grow from clone through harvest while coaching team members, as necessary.
- Monitoring of environmental control system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Adept at industry best-practices and current on new techniques.

- Minimum 3 years' cultivation experience (indoor a plus)

- Knowledge of multiple media and irrigation techniques
- Knowledge of large-scale commercial cultivation, including crop rotation management, light requirements, and environmental controls
- Familiarity of plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies and toxicity
- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse

IPM Supervisor
The IPM Supervisor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management plan for the facility using approved pesticides, and biocontrol agents in compliance with all state laws and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Supervise and train a team of IPM technicians that will be responsible for applying all compounds in a safe and effective manner
- Routinely scout for all plant pests, generating treatment maps for all IPM technicians to follow
- Schedule IPM work orders, including pesticide applications
- Maintain detailed application schedules for chemicals and biological control agents
- Maintain IPM records and documents, including weekly Scouting Report and Spray Log.
- Manage the cleaning and routine maintenance of all application equipment and sprayers
- Ensure that proper REI notifications are disseminated to the facility and posted where appropriate
- Oversee physical and digital product inventory by forecasting supply needs, ordering product, inventory tracking and ensuring that locations have proper PPE and supplies
- Maintains all pesticides in an appropriate and compliant manner
- When necessary, work closely with the fertigation team to inject drench materials into the fertigation system to control root pests
- Able to wear PPE as appropriate, including respiratory protection, and able to be exposed to hot, wet, humid conditions while wearing PPE
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Collaborate with Maintenance teams to verify equipment is properly calibrated and in working order
- Assist with weekly cultivation tasks as needed
Education and/or Experience
- Associates Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent job experience
- Ability to obtain a Private Pesticide Applicator's license within 90 days from hire and stay up to date on approved products available for use on medical cannabis
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial cannabis IPM programs
- Minimum two years' experience as IPM Lead
- Experience with crop growing and IPM systems and the implementation of those systems
- Ability to comply with established safety standards

Harvest Associate
The Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for set up and maintenance of equipment in a biologics processing environment for cannabis
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, grinding, drying, and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales

- Responsible for weighing, filling, and packaging work related to flower products with no micro-contamination introduced into the process or material
- Assembles secondary packaging and the final product

Facilities Maintenance Technician
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for HVAC equipment onsite, Electrical, Lighting and Plumbing, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, wiring diagrams and structural layouts. In this position you will establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement, and modifications of equipment or systems as needed or requested by the grow house team. Communicating with Grow house team members/Management, Facilities Maintenance and/or Project Managers regarding inspection/service findings is required.
- Responsible for assisting and learning end to end testing, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
- Represents the company by learning to serve as the direct customer contact and is responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer's location.
- Coordinates with Facilities Maintenance Manager and grow house to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
- Use of software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
- Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in Commercial or Residential HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing; or completion of a Technical school program with a certificate is strongly preferred.
- 2 years testing and troubleshooting experience of machinery.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- This position requires working in diverse conditions including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, precarious places, and risk of electrical shock (high voltage).
- This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and or move up to 40 lbs and occasionally lift and or move more than 40 lbs.

Lead Cultivation Associate
Responsible for leading a team of hourly employees in vegetative garden cultivation operations with a continuous focus on compliance, safety accountability, product integrity, team productivity and cost. Support additional department operations, which include but are not limited to mother plant care, cloning, inventory control and supporting the flower garden as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Cultivation Associates in the performance of cultivation tasks such as watering, feeding, defoliating, transplanting, organizing, cleaning cultivation spaces and operator-level maintenance in the vegetative garden space.
- Co-lead and support additional department functions such as sanitation, room preparation, mother plant care, cloning, etc.
- Care for cannabis plants via transplanting, pruning and fertilizing with oversight from Cultivation management.
- Lead and pace the team to ensure adherence to the grow plan and schedule.
- Ensure product integrity; making sure plant quality is maintained while being cloned, grown and harvested.
- Safely handle and apply sanitizing, foliar and preventative chemical sprays.
- Perform daily audits of garden rooms to maintain optimal growing conditions.
- Monitor/report problems with lighting, HVAC, CO2, irrigation and air flow systems.
- Monitor humidity/temperature levels and report readings that are out of tolerance.
- Perform pest inspection and mitigation activities to prevent/remediate mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.
- Maintain the correct plant structure and level of foliage to allow for proper airflow and light penetration by removing leaves strategically per schedule.
- Measure and dispose of plant waste in accordance with state regulations.
- Support department core metrics (quantity, quality, and productivity objectives).
- Measure planned versus actual performance on an hourly cadence.
- Utilize and maintain production data files, records, and reports such as the Daily Hour-by-Hour Tracker, load plans, grow schedules, and plant inventory.
- Support tracking and recordkeeping functions with the state seed-to-sale e-system MJ Freeway remaining in compliance with DOH rules and regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for all operations, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory compliance (proper weighing, data recording, product tracking, security, green waste disposal, etc.
- Train and coach team members in accordance with SOP.
- Remain engaged with department continuous improvement and occupational safety initiatives such as the 5S program and Hazard Communication.
- Hold self and others accountable at all times.
- Assist management with cultivation scheduling and resource planning (labor, consumables) daily/weekly/monthly.

Summary: The Cultivation Associate position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, as described above
Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
Gather EC, pH, and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms
Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
Conduct trials to evaluate possible improvements to the crop

Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated Inventory Coordinator who is responsible for both data input, quality, and audits. This position compiles and verifies inventory records to confirm product compliance requirements are met by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Conducts inventory inspections and maintains METRC and Excel logs in order to ensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility.
- Communicates with processing team in order to create new products in METRC by using information from the Processing records.
- Create METRC Plant Tags for Oil and distillate products in the Operation.
- Check periodically for any products that may have been identified as defective by the Production team in order to keep an updated METRC inventory
- Promptly communicates identified discrepancies to team leads, and documents accordingly. Investigates & participates in correction activities as directed.
- Accurately completes documentation & enters data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains strict adherence to established procedures.
- Participates in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
- Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records
- Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies Advanced METRC and BIOTRACK experience strongly desired

Summary: The Cultivation tech position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. - Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed

The Harvest Manager is responsible for managing the harvest and post-harvest activity of medical Cannabis products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring all harvests, weights and measurements; presentation; and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility during the harvest and dry process
- Manage inventory of bulk harvested flower using Microsoft Excel, MJFreeway, etc.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Cultivation Manager will manage a large-scale cultivation facility in Holbrook, AZ. Their primary responsibilities will be to manage and optimize all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, topping, flushing, foliar, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, and inventory management. The company operates under the highest standards of professionalism. Meticulous attention to detail is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a large-scale cultivation facility
- Hire a world-class cultivation/horticulture team
- Manage all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, and inventory management
- Programming and monitoring of computerized climate control systems
- Maintain indoor cultivation protocols and a nutrient regimen per Curaleaf SOP's
- Lead and manage the Cultivation team
- Perform all cultivation tracking and record-keeping functions within the seed to sale electronic system remaining in compliance with the department's rules and regulations
- Responsible for ensuring the training of the entire cultivation team
- Competent in all cultivation tasks, as well as all responsibilities of the assistant grower, fertilizer and IPM tech
- Manage plant scheduling to accurately project all facility requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to maximize high-quality yield with efficiency and attention to production costs
- Catalog and track each individual strain from clone to harvest
- Oversee IPM program, including the elimination of all types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.

Summary This position is responsible for organizing resources and leading the harvest operation, drying and curing cannabis, cleaning and sanitizing dry rooms, maintaining and cleaning equipment, performing daily environmental checks, flipping bays, debucking plants, collecting terpenes and collecting samples for 3rd party testing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Always wear appropriate PPE and follow all GMP guidelines
- Train Staff of standard operating procedures and maintain training records
- Harvest terpenes, accurately remove flower from Biotrack and records results of terpene extraction. terpene
- Maintain departmental metrics
- Monitor processes and ensure proper documentation of all room care logs, batch information and moisture levels. Ensure harvest wet and dry weights are accurate.
- Record Harvest weights in Biotrack and create PO's for product transfer in Biotrack THC.
- Ensure routine temperature and humidity checks are complete and record on environmental log; report any conditions that are "out of spec" to management
- Identify plants/racks with pest pressure or seeds and segregate from clean materials and place in the appropriate dry rooms
- Ensure postharvest plant material is properly handled for drying and/or curing and that material is distributed evenly on baker's rack shelves for drying or hang plants for curing
- Check moisture levels of each discrete harvest each day and record those results on the appropriate forms
- Place dried/cured flower into appropriate containers, ensure the proper number of humidity control packets are in the container and burp and gently mix each day
- Clean all work areas, materials and equipment including trimmers, bins, barrels, racks
- Prepare work areas for a Harvest including but not limited to bucking stations, bins and stickers out, emptying the bays of tables and setting up trimmers
- Assist in Flipping plants from veg to flower rooms
- Clean and sanitize harvest area, dry rooms including all equipment and baker's racks with approved cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
- Monitor Flower moisture and ensure that the moisture is between 12-14% for flower sent to packaging and 10 % or less for flower sent for extraction.
- Operate, maintain and clean equipment such as trimmers and speed drying ovens so that they remain in optimal operating condition.
- Assist the harvest team in debucking, flipping and room sanitization when necessary
- Perform other duties as directed by management

Summary: The Cultivation tech position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, as described above
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
- Gather EC, pH, and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
- Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
- Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Conduct trials to evaluate possible improvements to the crop
- Perform regular audits as required

Main Purpose of Job
Under the direction of a Regional Enforcement Supervisor, an Enforcement and Compliance Investigator with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission performs independent work conducting announced and unannounced investigations of medical cannabis growers, processors, and dispensaries licensed by the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission.
Industry inspections will take place across the state of Maryland, and include, but are not limited to:

Inspection of equipment, raw and processed material, containers and labeling, and all things therein including: (a)Records; (b)Files; (c)Financial data; (d)Sales data; (e)Shipping data; (f)Pricing data; (g)Employee data; (h)Research; (i)Papers; (j)Processes; (k)Controls; and, (l)Facilities;

Inventory of any medical cannabis;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

BENEFITS
Contractual employees who work for an agency covered under the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program, have a current employment contract and work 30 or more hours a week (or on average 130 hours per month) may be eligible for subsidized health benefits coverage for themselves and their dependents. As a contractual employee, you will be responsible for paying 25% of the premiums for your medical and prescription coverage, including any eligible dependents you have enrolled. - 5 years of experience in a business organization of over 100 employees with at least 2 years of direct purchasing – should have been
- Previously responsible for purchasing at least $1 million annually
- Superior math skills, superior excel skills and excellent computer and communication skills
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude

Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical Cannabis production cycle. Company operates under the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Cloning: cutting, rooting and transplanting; clone care, watering and feeding; clone monitoring and climate control; pest and disease control; labeling; and inventory data input
- Plant monitoring and care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming, manipulating and staking; big leafing and pruning; plant care, watering and feeding; plant monitoring and climate control; pest and disease control; inventory data input
- Harvesting: cutting plants; trimming cut plants; removing flowering tops; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system
- Curing: hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment: monitoring, calibrating, running and maintaining lighting, irrigation, climate control and other cultivation systems; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing rooms, cultivation work-spaces and tools
- Packaging and Trimming may be needed during peak times
- Any other tasks assigned by Management
- Quality control for the position and the Cultivation Team
Education and Qualification Requirements
- Must understand and implement the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the state; a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and laws is appreciated and commendable
- Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to harvesting, drying, trimming and curing
- Skill in analyzing potential problems with a plant or the product being processed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- You have no felony convictions, you are willing to participate in an extensive background check
- You are trustworthy and hardworking
- You have reliable transportation
