JOB SUMMARY
The Harvest-Cure Technician responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical marijuana production cycle with a focus on harvest/post-harvest operations but not limited to. Provides manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines within the medical marijuana production cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day assignments in coordination with grow operations and cultivation practices including but not limited to harvest prep, de-leafing, drying/curing, burping, sorting, Trimming, batching, labeling, cleaning/sanitizing, data Input/tracking, etc.
- Assist in the final packaging of all flower products. Correct identification and assembly of individual packaging components for bulk stock and appropriate label application on product containers.
- Adheres to all SOPs, compliance, and safety standards.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
- Plant monitoring and care with a focus on quality control (i.e., Plant Maintenance, Flower Health, Scouting for pest/disease, Moisture Content, etc.)
- Identify packaging quality control issues including visually inconsistent, damaged, or blemished products and/or packaging.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and bio-secure work environment.
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear.
- Maintain daily record keeping. (i.e., Harvest Logs, Yield Tracking Logs, Plant Waste, Destruction, Cleaning logs, etc.)
- Assist in daily monitoring of flower quality, moisture content, environmental numbers, and water activity.
- Must operate equipment including but not limited to bucking machine, batching machine, and twister.
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties at the direction of the Harvest Manager.
- Maintain detailed tracking/organization of harvest lot weights, batch numbers, and cultivar identification.
- Other projects/tasks, as requested by direct manager.
- Must be willing and able to occasionally work a flexible schedule as the business needs demand, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Qualifications:
- Horticulture experience. (Preferred)
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Hard worker and team player.
- Must understand and follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the state and company.
- Able to follow and adhere to a complex production and harvest schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- Show skills in analyzing potential problems with plant health or the product being processed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand (8) hours and work in a variety of environments comfortably.
- This position requires a great deal of squatting, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks.
- This position requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers to cut/manipulate small objects.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lb.
- Handling and mixing of chemicals.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Kitchen Technician will perform culinary responsibilities to ensure conformity and quality of our edible products in compliance with all state, local laws, and regulations. Under the supervision of the Infusion Manager, Kitchen Technicians will help prepare baked goods and pastries, including measuring ingredients, kneading dough, mixing by hand or with kitchen tools, taking items in and out of the oven, and placing goods on cooling racks. Kitchen Technicians must be well-versed in culinary arts with high attention to detail, and the ability to interact positively and effectively in a team environment. Previous experience for in this role may include experience as a baker, chef, pastry chef, or food processing. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a highly regulated kitchen environment that adheres to strict health & safety policies and procedures, including familiarity with medical marijuana-infused products, and baked goods.

- Prepare edible items and other culinary activities as directed by the Head Chef

POSITION SUMMARY
The Driver position at Standard Farms is critical to the daily operations of Standard Farms’ business. They are our first point of contact with customers, and clients. Drivers consistently engage with clients in a courteous, friendly, and effective manner. Drivers are highly valued in Standard Farms’ company culture as individuals and represent our business in every way. When this candidate is not scheduled to make deliveries they will be working with the plants in our Cultivation Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
- Anticipate and respond to potential vehicle issues including ensuring that vehicles have adequate fuel levels
- Be capable of changing a tire, perform regular safety inspections of assigned vehicle, and be able to drive in all weather conditions
Quality & Financial
- Load and unload cargo
- Recognize and report potential efficiency issues in the supply chain/fulfillment process
- Report any incidents or delays encountered on the road to a dispatcher as soon as possible
- Follow all applicable traffic laws
- Report serious mechanical problems to the supervisor or other appropriate party
- Keep vehicle and associated equipment clean in and good working order
People & Development
- Engage customers and clients with friendly, courteous, and effective communication.
- Communicate with customers to determine pickup and delivery needs
Compliance

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Standard Farms Drivers have physically demanding jobs. When loading and unloading cargo, drivers do a lot of lifting, carrying, and walking. Driving in congested traffic, interfacing with customers, or adhering to strict delivery timelines can also be stressful. All drivers must have the ability to hear, see, and speak clearly. Drivers frequently must lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs. Drivers must be able to enter and exit a vehicle many times per shift and sit in a vehicle for long periods. Exposure to outside weather conditions occurs on a regular basis. Shifts vary among drivers but may be scheduled seven days a week and between the hours of 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. Overtime may be required from time to time.

Reports to: Cultivation Manager
Supervises: Propagation Assistant Manager, Greenhouse Leads
Requirements
- Horticulture degree or commensurate medical cannabis experience
- 2+ years minimum of CEA greenhouse management of at least 10,000 square feet of flowering canopy
- Working knowledge of and experience with Wadsworth Greenhouse Control systems
- Previous medicinal Cannabis cultivation experience preferred
- Knowledge of and experience with direct inject fertigation equipment and irrigation strategies
- IPM experience working within a highly regulated industry
- General knowledge and understanding of the PA DoH medical marijuana program regulations
- Basic computer knowledge (word processing, data entry, Excel)
- Able to work on your feet for an 8 to 12-hour shift on cement floors
- Lift at least 50 pounds
- Be comfortable bending, lifting and squatting
- Pass a State and Federal background check (including fingerprints)
- Attention to detail

- Available to work weekends and some holidays
Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust the CEA greenhouse Wadsworth Controls at the direction of the Cultivation Manager
- Review data to make sure environment and grow conditions are stable from season-to-season, and make adjustments under the direction of the Cultivation Manager
- Facilitate communication throughout the Cultivation Department to create a smooth workflow through all phases of growth
- Day-to-day management of the Cultivation production areas (Propagation, Veg, Flower, Mother Room)
- Ensuring adherence to the Production Schedule
- Monitoring pH and EC readings taken by Leads
- Making necessary fertigation adjustments at the direction of the Cultivation Manager
- Monitoring of water quality and media
- Regular sampling of both
- Assist with training of cultivation staff
- Regular monitoring and maintenance of equipment in coordination with our Facilities Department
- Greenhouse systems equipment
- Irrigation systems
- Regular checks, cleaning and maintenance of solenoids, valves, tanks in coordination with Fertigation Lead
- Filling out required paperwork for DoH compliance & updating computer as assigned
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
