Duties and Responsibilities
- Train Production Support staff to ensure proper techniques are being utilized for safety, efficiency and quality purposes. This includes both manufacturing and packaging duties of production
- Prep, mix, cook, produce, pour, deposit, pull, and store all facility consumables and products in accordance to SOPs
- Accurately prepare ingredients, work stations and equipment for production
- Maintain appropriate temperatures and timing required for each product recipe and station
- Properly mix all ingredients to ensure adequate homogenization
- Counting, sorting, labeling, assembling, taping, boxing, and packing inventory for sales
- Accurately read, record and communicate all production data, counts, measurements, weights and QC checks
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Ensure proper storage of all facility consumables and products. Store food products in compliance with safety practices
- Assure product consistency and high quality standards, including weights, appearance of product and flavor profile
- Maintain and comply with compliance, sanitation and safety standards. Maintain a safe, clean and organized production space
- Assist Production Supervisor in inventory cycle counts, tracking and rotation of all ingredients and production related supplies
- Notify a supervisor if product or production equipment appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way or if any discrepancies are found
- Lead the production team to meet daily, weekly and monthly team and personal quota goals
- Effectively communicate recommendations to management regarding personnel evaluation and training of the production team
- Some job duties may necessitate the use of hairnets, gloves, a back brace, and/or non slip shoes

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities
- Train Production Support staff to ensure proper techniques are being utilized for safety, efficiency and quality purposes. This includes both manufacturing and packaging duties of production
- Prep, mix, cook, produce, pour, deposit, pull, and store all facility consumables and products in accordance to SOPs
- Accurately prepare ingredients, work stations and equipment for production
- Maintain appropriate temperatures and timing required for each product recipe and station
- Properly mix all ingredients to ensure adequate homogenization
- Counting, sorting, labeling, assembling, taping, boxing, and packing inventory for sales
- Accurately read, record and communicate all production data, counts, measurements, weights and QC checks
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Ensure proper storage of all facility consumables and products. Store food products in compliance with safety practices
- Assure product consistency and high quality standards, including weights, appearance of product and flavor profile
- Maintain and comply with compliance, sanitation and safety standards. Maintain a safe, clean and organized production space
- Assist Production Supervisor in inventory cycle counts, tracking and rotation of all ingredients and production related supplies
- Notify a supervisor if product or production equipment appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way or if any discrepancies are found
- Lead the production team to meet daily, weekly and monthly team and personal quota goals
- Effectively communicate recommendations to management regarding personnel evaluation and training of the production team
- Some job duties may necessitate the use of hairnets, gloves, a back brace, and/or non slip shoes
- Assist the Production Supervisor and Director of Operations as needed
- Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED. Associate's or Culinary degree or related preferred
- Experience: At least 1 year of directly related experience and/or training in a food production or kitchen environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of lead or supervisory experience. Must have experience and familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations. Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Ability to clear a criminal background check
- Ability to obtain a Dispensary Agent Registration Card
- Food Handler's Card preferred
- Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.

Compensation
As an exempt employee, you'll receive an hourly wage of $18-22/hr, PTO, Paid Holidays, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the existing marketing team, and lead the creative process from concept to completion.
- Translate the cannabis company's marketing objectives into clear and creative strategies and ensure brand continuity across all marketing channels.
- Lead and direct the creative graphic design team in the production of all marketing collateral.
- Increase revenue generation through use of proactive and innovative methods that will reach, engage and retain customers.
- Promote synergy between marketing and their retail cannabis dispensary outlets.
- Develop and execute their social media campaigns with quantifiable objectives to measure results.
- Track and analyze social media growth and engagement using apps and social media analytical tools.
- Participate in interpreting, defining and enhancing the user experience; and contribute to product development initiatives through shared customer feedback.
- Ensure that the brand is strong and consistent in every marketing tactic, and that the company story is communicated with creativity and impact.
- Lead the creation/production of inspiring design, content and campaigns that builds the brand.
- Facilitate business partnerships with creative affiliates as well as the press.
Required Skills Experience
- 4+ Years Social Media Marketing and 5+ Years Marketing experience required
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related discipline
- 3+ years SEO and website traffic analysis and 5+ years of relevant work experience in the advertising, marketing or design sectors
- Must be knowledgeable with cannabis advertising rules and regulations, and must be able to review all marketing materials for compliance
- Previous experience working with news, media and print outlets
- Cannabis industry marketing experience required
- Extensive experience in social media marketing and social networking using social analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of writing and creating content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Entrepreneurial minded with the ability to facilitate seamless synergy with executive management, vendors, retail staff and their creative team.
Compensation: $90K Starting salary based on experience, plus Medical coverage, PTO and Paid Holidays. Salary reviews with the potential to increase salary base at 3 and 6 months.
