The Administrative Coordinator prioritizes and executes a wide variety of short and long-term tasks on a regular basis and provides direct support to market management & operational leadership while provides a wide cast net to the team. Responsibilities
- Assist management with ongoing projects as assigned, balancing short and long-term deadlines
- Answer phone calls and take detailed messages - naturally friendly, outgoing, confident, extroverted
- Welcome our guests, sign them in/out, escort them into conference rooms - has an instinctually hospitable nature
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of facility
- Maintain various logs and files including visitor logs, vendor contacts, missed punches, vehicle maintenance, training, security equipment
- Sign for, schedule and accept deliveries, ensure accuracy of orders
- Create detailed, accurate calendar appointments for management and internal meetings on shared calendars
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly security checklists
- Maintain supply inventory and keep all areas stocked on a regular basis (paper goods, printing areas, groceries, restrooms and dry storage)
- Keep common areas clean and tidy, including reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen
- Facilitate group lunch set-up and light trash removal
- Light data entry and proofreading/polishing internal and external documents
- Creation of Power Points and/ or reports for distribution
- Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Submit and reconcile expenses to include blue bird reports and petty cash
- Any other task as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work within a team environment and support colleagues
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Understands and complies with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of GTI
- Demonstrates ability to self-motivate and innovate

Overview:
Following policies set forth by the Company in concert with the Dispensary Management Team, provide support in the general operation of the company through retail sales and the oversight of all inventory and corresponding data entry required to maximize operational efficiency. Assist the management team with the activities and operations of the retail location, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines established in the company training program and SOPs. Responsible for assisting customers with making informed purchasing decisions, ensuring they receive accurate and timely purchase fulfillment, as well as all matters relating to customer service and satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for helping retail customers in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
Responsible for extensive retail product knowledge so as to provide customers assistance in making educated purchasing decisions.
Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift
Accurate use and maintenance of the Point Of Sale (POS) system
Following proper cash handling procedures and discount/coupon application
Answering the phone and greeting customers with a pleasant disposition
Maintain accurate inventory counts and product sales
Maintaining medical patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Comprehension and application of all Security and safety compliance, procedures, and protocols
Store organization, cleanliness, and general upkeep of sales floor and inventory areas
Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers
Report employee issues or customer situations to supervisory staff
Provide any necessary support to the management team to ensure successful retail operations, including without limitation: general daily activities, maintenance, and resolution of reported issues and/or customer complaints.

The Associate Regulatory Analyst is a member of the Regulatory Affairs team and primarily responsible for producing city and county audit content. ARAs are given a large dose of training but expected to “hit the ground running” and develop production-ready content within their first month. ARAs begin as hourly employees and are eligible for promotion to Regulatory Analyst, a salaried position with benefits, as soon as they hit certain milestones. Generally, this occurs within 90-120 days.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex regulatory requirements imposed by state and local marijuana regulations.
- Draft summaries of regulations, questions for facility audits, action items to teach businesses to resolve non-compliance, and other work products associated with legal requirements for cannabis businesses.
- Monitor city and county ordinances for changes in cannabis rules that impact our content.
Skills
- Strong reading comprehension. You must be able to review government regulations and quickly understand their intent and implications.
- Strong writing skills. You must be able to summarize government regulations in a clear and concise manner. You must be able to convert those regulations, which can be very complex, into simple and straightforward content for our software.
- High attention to detail. You will be expected to accurately communicate the regulatory expectations in a clear and concise manner.
Required/Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.
- Work efficiently and cooperatively in an environment of multiple projects and priorities.
