Job Summary
Budtenders are responsible for providing exceptional customer service while actively engaging conversations with consumers, to locate a suitable product. Qualifications
- Prior experience in medical cannabis industry is preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a cannabis retail setting preferred.
- 1-3 years' of customer service experience ideal, but not required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers/caregivers and team members.
- Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment.
- Able to accommodate scheduling that may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Ability to follow cash handling procedures.
- Assist and remain accurate with product inventory counts.
- Follow all safety, health and security protocols.
- Adapt to POS system, training, technology and procedure changes.
- Ability to successfully pass and remain compliant with HIPAA Guidelines of NM.

- Per state law be at least 21 years of age.
- New Mexico resident with current valid State-issued ID or Driver’s License.

- The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and/or caregivers regarding medical conditions and symptoms. Must be able to exchange accurate information about product offerings.

Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the general manager and/or executive management with daily operations. They are individuals that are comfortable with constant changes in the work environment, to remain in compliance with company policies and state regulatory procedures. Additional responsibilities may include assistance with employee trainings, onboarding, addressing patient, consumer and employee complaints, vendor orders, store supply orders and providing exceptional customer service while actively engaging conversations with consumers, to locate suitable products. - Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT and technical support to correct them.
- Ability to learn, retain and train towards Toke's Standards with knowledge of security systems, BioTrackTHC, IheartJane, Dutchie, and any other system(s) implemented.
- Assists manager in identifying effective solutions to increase sales, including creation, implementation and evaluation of promotions, discounts, and consumer benefits.
