Job Summary:
The primary function of this role is developing and optimizing our retail websites (Peoples OC, The Spot, Blum) on our Dutchie and I heart Jane platforms, to increase stickiness and conversion with existing audiences, and by attracting new customers by driving online digital marketing strategies. This will be done by analyzing site, digital marketing, competitor, and customer performance data, and utilizing that data to continuously improve traffic, conversion, average ticket spent, revenue and profitability through our ecommerce channel.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Integrates, analyzes and optimizes our current ecommerce platforms on Dutchie and I heart Jane ecommerce platforms, utilizing wordpress to update site content.
- Uses online merchandising best practices to rank and feature products, that ultimately increase conversion and page views per customer.
- Continuously updates the websites to showcase new content, launch new products and notify our customers of promotional opportunities in store.
- Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor customer activity online, and to present findings to the Marketing, Retail and management teams.
- Assesses competitive market strategies by analyzing their sites, including featured and related products and promotional strategy.
- Develops and manages digital marketing campaigns, including Programmatic advertising and 3rd party listings (ie Weedmaps, Leafly).
- Manages digital marketing budget and ensures we are seeing a positive ROI from our digital marketing campaigns.
- Helps Marketing team develop the social media and influencer strategy.
- Works with SEO agency to increase traffic to our sites and improve ranking in search engines; monitors performance advancement and identifies new opportunities.
- Monitors customer feedback through 3rd party channels such as Yelp and Google.
- Monitor Google Analytics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Adnant Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and its various departments. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office and ensure that it operates efficiently and smoothly. As the Administrative Assistant, you are the first point of contact for internal and external parties for your office, which includes customer service. - Upsell by providing unique deals: Understanding how to leverage Good Trees virtually integrated infrastructure to create bulk deals for our patients.

- Analyze data for personal development: Using company data and personal data to identify opportunities to improve.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Over the age of 21
One year of experience in a fast-paced sales environment
One year experience in customer service
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention and understands how to leverage Good Tree's virtually integrated infrastructure to create bulk deals for our patients.
Provides quality service to customers by responding to inquiries and concerns, updating customer accounts in the database accurately, posting their payments, resolving any potential complaints, and up-selling new products and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Efficiently and effectively receive and store goods per standard operating procedures
- Pick and pack customer orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity
- Receiving Bulk Orders from vendors (Moving Boxes) into the warehouse
- Manage storage (storing compactly and safely) and regulate storage space for billing purposes
- Build delivery associate kits for their respective shifts
- Check-in delivery associates for their respective shifts
- Track returned orders, log and restock failed orders, and reprint receipts for delivery associates on-the-road that received price adjustments for successful deliveries
- Support delivery associates with on-the-road issues
- Debrief delivery associates upon their return
- Monitor the flow of paperwork to appropriate departments for timely data entry and compliance
- Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards
- Monitor driver and picking performance to ensure daily goals are met. Be able to provide support where the manager needs assistance
- Follow state and local compliance regarding cannabis
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of related experience working in warehousing, operations or a similar industry
- Previous experience in the Cannabis Industry preferred
- Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to be a team player and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
Good Tree is known for being vertically integrated which allows you to offer the best deals to our patients. As a part of our Customer Relations team, you're charged with creating meaningful relationships with our patients through product recommendations and superior customer service. You are creative and driven which allows you to create these meaningful relationships with our patients while working remotely.
You're comfortable with numbers and drawing insight through stats and analytics. Good Tree is data-driven and uses data to evaluate areas of opportunity. You pride yourself in working in a team environment and are able to communicate effectively through the multiple channels of communication that are provided.
Good Tree is fast-paced and is constantly evolving to keep up with delivery demand. As a Customer Relations specialist, you are able to respond to customer escalation in a productive manner that ensures customer retention. You're comfortable with company developments to ensure efficiency. You are able to provide your unique skill set to add value and contribute to our company development.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Upsell by providing unique deals: Understanding how to leverage Good Trees virtually integrated infrastructure to create bulk deals for our patients.
- Retain new customers: Focusing on adding value to every patient interaction by providing superior customer service that boosts customer retention.
- Analyze data for personal development: Using company data and personal data to identify opportunities to improve.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Over the age of 21
One year of experience in a fast-paced sales environment
One year experience in customer service
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention and understands how to leverage Good Tree's virtually integrated infrastructure to create bulk deals for our patients.
Provides quality service to customers by responding to inquiries and concerns, updating customer accounts in the database accurately, posting their payments, resolving any potential complaints, and up-selling new products and services. Processing orders, and confirming delivery details in a high volume environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
BA/BS Degree in Business Management or related field
Knowledge of the Cannabis industry

Good Tree is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success Team. This candidate will be an experienced professional with expertise in building client relationships, servicing and selling to customers with the ability to establish the new, foster the old, and handle the unique. The ideal candidate is one who has experience with web-based technologies, is passionate about solving customer needs, has simple and effective communications skills via phone and email, and is able to set customer expectations which help set the mood for customer retention. Additionally, this candidate should have the ability to learn new technologies and communicate those concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise. As the voice of the customer, you will also work closely with the CS team, Sales, Product, and Technology promoting a Customer-Centric culture within Good Tree.
Responsibilities include :
- The primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a focus on driving business value from onboarding through renewal.
- Regularly monitored platform usage and proactively contacted clients whose usage dipped to ensure the health of the relationship.
- Utilized CRM to keep track of key account data, opportunities, logging calls, and relevant notes.
- Lead customer training sessions as part of onboarding and ongoing product adoption.
- Act as a communications liaison between Technical Support, Customer Success, and Customers.
- Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs and helping them achieve their objectives using Contract Logix solutions.
- Educate customers on the use and benefits of Contract Logix solutions. * Provide customers with information and assistance regarding product updates and new features.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years in a Customer Facing role in a SaaS B2B company
* Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
* Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships * Technical skills required, as they relate for the use of the product to service to be solid
* Accountability and personal organization are essential
* Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department
* Deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
* Knowledgeable of cannabis and cannabis industry
Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
