Role Summary:
The IPM Spray Technician requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting all plants/rooms in every facility throughout the company
- Taking notes on and assessing plant health, pest issues and cleanliness of grow rooms for daily reports by email as well as the Trulieve SharePoint
- Taking plant samples for inspection to identify pests or plant health issues
- Maintaining a good relationship with staff and management to more effectively solve issues or avoid problems within grow facilities
- Researching pests and plant health issues and how to better deal with them in a compliant manner
- Work independently with excellent time management skills to inspect all rooms in facilities before light cycle switches off
- Verbal presentations for weekly management meetings
- Maintain equipment necessary for the completion of all tasks
- Alerting the staff as to the location of any identified pest or problem in grow rooms, also providing written instructions as to where said pests are found
- Complete spray applications as assigned by management

Role Summary:
The IPM Spray Technician requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting all plants/rooms in every facility throughout the company
- Taking notes on and assessing plant health, pest issues and cleanliness of grow rooms for daily reports by email as well as the Trulieve SharePoint

JOB OVERVIEW
The Trim Technician’s primary responsibility is to trim marijuana buds to company quality standards.
The Trim Technician may also assist with harvesting and processing duties, which may require heavy physical exertion. Detailed record keeping, strict adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures and compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services (AZ DHS) regulations are mandatory.
Daily cleaning, sanitizing and disposal of waste in your area and machinery, may require handling of cleaning fluids, according to AZ DHS compliance guidelines.

Role Summary:
The IPM Spray Technician requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting all plants/rooms in every facility throughout the company
- Taking notes on and assessing plant health, pest issues and cleanliness of grow rooms for daily reports by email as well as the Trulieve SharePoint
- Taking plant samples for inspection to identify pests or plant health issues
- Maintaining a good relationship with staff and management to more effectively solve issues or avoid problems within grow facilities
- Researching pests and plant health issues and how to better deal with them in a compliant manner
- Work independently with excellent time management skills to inspect all rooms in facilities before light cycle switches off
- Verbal presentations for weekly management meetings
- Maintain equipment necessary for the completion of all tasks
- Alerting the staff as to the location of any identified pest or problem in grow rooms, also providing written instructions as to where said pests are found
- Complete spray applications as assigned by management
- All other duties as assigned

CULTIVATION TRIM TECHNICIAN

JOB OVERVIEW
The Trim Technician’s primary responsibility is to trim marijuana buds to company quality standards.
The Trim Technician may also assist with harvesting and processing duties, which may require heavy physical exertion. Detailed record keeping, strict adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures and compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services (AZ DHS) regulations are mandatory.
Daily cleaning, sanitizing and disposal of waste in your area and machinery, may require handling of cleaning fluids, according to AZ DHS compliance guidelines.

The Trim Technician’s primary responsibility is to trim marijuana buds to company quality standards.

I am looking to hire 2-3 new growers assistants for our medical marijuana farm. We are expanding our greenhouse operation and need to expand our team. Experience is not required but is preferred. We will teach you all aspects of growing MMJ and give you an in to one of the fastest growing industries in the country. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
The Post-Harvest Associate will be responsible for completing tasks associated with the harvesting and finishing of cannabis plants.
- Take direction from the Post-Harvest Manager and Leads
- Complete harvest in a safe and timely manner
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Clean and reset all equipment, pots, and tools to prepare for each harvest

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
The Post-Harvest Associate will be responsible for completing tasks associated with the harvesting and finishing of cannabis plants.
- Take direction from the Post-Harvest Manager and Leads
- Complete harvest in a safe and timely manner
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Clean and reset all equipment, pots, and tools to prepare for each harvest
- Follow all safety standards and abide by PPE requirements
- Ensure a high standard of quality during all harvest processes
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all employees
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures for the harvesting, drying, curing, trimming, packaging (if applicable) and extraction (if applicable) preparation process
- Set goals and meet deadlines
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, as needed
- Work collectively and respectfully with other team members
- Hand or machine trim flower in a quick and efficient manner
- Maintain steady trim numbers while adhering to quality standards set by management
- Responsible for accurately weighing and recording trim weights and numbers
- Able to sit for extended periods of time (8+hrs a day)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Perform moderate to heavy manual labor
- Ability to perform repetitive motions of hands, wrists and forearms
- Work with Post-Harvest management to ensure all production schedule deadlines are met
- Dispose of waste in compliance with supervisor and state mandated procedures
- Additional duties as assigned in applicable sites:
- Package flower and pre roll products while adhering to strict quality standards
- Label packaging as directed by supervisor
- Fulfill orders as directed by supervisor
- Maintain inventory counts of raw materials, WIPs, and finished goods
QUALIFICATIONS *
- Experience and knowledge in horticulture and/or agriculture
- Previous manufacturing/ laborer experience
- Ability to work in an exceedingly fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage high stress, high urgency situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for long durations
- Self-motivated, committed, and ambitious
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- General tool, hardware, ladder, and building skills. Must be able to use a 12' extension ladder
- Working safely in a warehouse setting
- Ability to multi-task
- Remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations
- Ability to communicate through various formats including email and phone
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Proper employment documentation
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- If necessary, ability to work 7 days per week and to be flexible with schedule.
- Computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
- Environmental requirements and exposure:
- Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, extreme high heat, extreme low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables
EDUCATION *
- Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in horticulture, agriculture, or plant science field is desirable.

We are looking for someone with drive, passion, and a competitive spirit to help maximize PerkinElmer's commercial success. This role will specialize in the use of our Inorganic portfolio in Cannabis applications. This role provides sales support for our Inorganic products to include applications development, training and presales activities. Preference on location is Eastern US, must be near a major airport.
Our Team
The Food Sales Team represents PerkinElmer’s entire portfolio of solutions for Food quality and Food safety across Food, including Cannabis. This includes analytical instrumentation such as chromatography, inorganic, and spectroscopy, as well as Food specific solutions including Perten products and others. The Field Application Scientists work closely with the sales team to optimize the research scope and vision for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute technical product demonstrations/presentations to individual prospects and seminar audiences in support of pre-sales activity including workshops and RFI/RFP support for product area.
- Provide and deliver product training to customers
- Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of Inorganic analysis to support customers in understanding how to maximize their use of our software applications
- Collaborate with all Field Team members to develop and deploy world-class systems and tools and provide front-line support to sales as the Field application Scientist
- Provide and deliver product training to field (marketing & sales) as new features/functionality are available for designated product and domain specialty
- Coordinate with Product Management to identify, communicate, and incorporate new product enhancements and also with the Services team to insure we deliver competitive solutions that are differentiated through value as perceived by our customers
- Characterize the external market by performing pipeline analysis and competitive assessments for region and scientific domain
- Coordinate with Marketing Communications organization to develop and participate in marketing campaign design and execution as needed
- Present a professional image at all times to customers, clients and other vendors.
Basic Qualifications
- MS, PhD and/or BS in a scientific discipline or equivalent with 5 plus years in ICPMS and Inorganic Spectroscopy.
- 1-3 years of experience and working knowledge of Inorganic Spectroscopy including sample preparation requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cannabis samples strongly preferred.
- Current or previous scientific expertise and experience with a customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Willingness for as much as 50% overnight travel.
