JOB SUMMARY:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday would deliver orders to dispensaries. If no orders are ready to go out then they would help with product packaging. Tuesday and Thursday they would just help to package. Tasks are subject to change.

The Packager assembles and packages concentrates. The Packager packages cannabis products for resale while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality control, and sanitation. This role is responsible for product tracking and electronic documentation, and ensuring products are packed and accounted for in accordance with company policy and state regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (PACKAGING)
- Prepares and adheres labels to each package; verifies that labels for finished packages conform to State regulations.
- Tracks products and maintains documentation standards, ensuring products are accounted for throughout the packaging process.
- Ensures that all functions are performed to the highest quality and compliance and successfully conform to all State regulations, organizational standards and procedures, and security protocols.
- Maintain a consistent workflow throughout the day.
- Works successfully in a team setting, take instructions well, and helps on tasks as delegated by Lead or Manager.
- Reviews finished product packaging, entering into the Seed to Sale in accordance with departmental guidelines and state regulations.
- Manages time efficiently in order to meet productivity goals while consistently producing quality work.
- Maintains the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processing area and participates in the clean-up of equipment and the workplace at the end of every day.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (QUALITY CONTROL)
- Perform product inspection for defects, leaks, and particulates.
- Assist in the fill process validations to include inspection of filled units
- Perform document review of compounding activities such as cleaning records, line clearance forms, and inventory sheets:
- Verify that raw materials meet specification
- Verify that all documentation is complete
- Document non-compliance and work with supervisor/lead if further investigation is needed
- Submit all waste to the appropriate location for particulate identification or microbial analysis.
- Assist with press calibration and maintenance record files.
- Assist with raw material release and movement.
- Support internal & external audits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/ECT:
The Packager/Delivery Driver position requires an H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, and knowledge of medical marijuana law as well as a clean driving record.
This is an entry-level position in the cannabis industry. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and the ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
Specific state regulatory requirements also include verification, confirmation or completion of the following,
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10
- Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and the State
Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. §
36-2804.01 and A.R.S. §36-2801.10
