Job Summary:
Grady’s Cannabis Company is looking to hire retail cannabis specialists for full-time and part-time shifts. The Retail Specialist is responsible for maintaining Grady’s service-based culture through thoughtful communication, comprehensive product knowledge, a positive fun-loving attitude, and a dedication to solving problems. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment inside and around the store.
- Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and well maintained
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store
- Use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system and online orders que.
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles
- Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers
- Be a team player with a fun attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow scheduled work times, breaks and lunch periods
- Be aware. Observe and correct areas of exposure during each shift, including theft deterrence, cash handling, security, and other risks
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the business by complying with legal requirements and communicating issues with management
- Open and/or closing tills and general closing/opening duties including end of day reporting
- Conduct physical inventory audits, receive products, run inventory reports, and help ensure product storage room is well maintained

Education and Experience:
- Must be 21 years or older
- 6 months retail experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to manage stress and remain cool under pressure
Physical Requirements:
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working on a computer. Applicants must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times, use a ladder, and reach overhead throughout the day.
