Position Summary
The Fleet Supervisor position is responsible for the supervision of Urbn Leaf's Delivery department. The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for end-of-shift cash handling, planning tasks for the Packers, directing and organizing orders for drivers, as well as establishing effective working relationships with management, employees and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the drivers, delivery service, and quality performance of the Packers.
- Follows the Fleet Managers leadership and gives direction to the delivery team (Drivers and Packers).
- Trains new drivers and Packers; plans, assigns and directs work.
- Reports any staff related issues to Fleet Manager (for disciplinary action).
- Develops order Packers with the necessary operational instructions and skills to grow into future leadership roles.

Position Summary:
Our Assistant Managers are responsible for the day to day operations of the retail staff, delivery staff and security staff. As part of the leadership team, they are responsible for the growth and success of the venue. Most time will be spent on the development and training of staff, driving sales, ensuring guests receive high quality service, upholding the Urbn Leaf brand standards and operating all aspects of the dispensary under the direction of the General Manager.

- Oversee dispensary team including but not limited to: reception, budtenders, security, dispatch and delivery drivers

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary role of the Business Development Sales Representative is to prospect for new customers by networking, cold calling, following up on inbound marketing leads, or other means of generating interest from potential customers that are in alignment with Worm Power’s target market. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business development sales representative’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leverage current cannabis grower relationships to close new business for company products.
- Proactively research, qualify and cultivate new leads within target market and assigned geographic area for company's products through pursuit of inbound leads, networking, referrals, self-generated opportunities, and travelling in person to prospect facilities.

Our Bright-leaf division is growing! We are now hiring a Cultivation Associate! This position will be responsible for the required plant maintenance from propagation through harvest and you will report to the Cultivation Manager. This is an entry level position with room for growth. No prior experience necessary. However, applicants must demonstrate accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail. This position starts at a flat rate of $13.00/hr and operating hours are currently 7 days a week 8:30am to 5pm.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Perform all day to day routine plant maintenance from seed or clone through harvest. Including but not limited to:
- Conduct daily inspections for pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, disease or other undesired conditions
- Conduct daily inspections and measurements of reservoirs to maintain strict pH, PPM levels and cleanliness
- Monitor grow room humidity, temperature, and water environmental requirements
- Maintain healthy mother plants so that clones can be developed for future crops
- Take clones from mother plants and ready them for starting new plants
- Transplant and relocate plants
- Daily inspections of plants for proper irrigation
- Prune plants according to cultivar specific protocols
- Mix soils and nutrients to specific recipes to ensure proper plant growth
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of nutrients and other plant supplies
- Adhere to facility specific gowning protocols
- Harvest and trim plant according to facility protocols

Job Summary:
The individual in this role works closely with the cultivation/ team to develop and improve processes and supervise all pre-harvest activities. This individual will monitor overall plant health and development inside of veg/flower nurseries; ensuring maximum efficiency, quality and health. This position may require some moderate-to-heavy lifting.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and perform standard nursery tasks such as watering, transplanting, spacing, topping and pruning.
- Make evaluations and recommendations on when plants are ready for harvest
- Manage and scout for pests and disease
- Monitor standard cultivation tasks such as spacing, trellis, weaving and spreading plants
- Ensure proper watering and feeding schedules
- Preform basic repairs to equipment
- Applicant must have exceptional communication, organization and record keeping skills in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Individuals in this role must have an understanding of plant biology, be able to work flexible hours, and must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of applying for the position. Experience in a commercial horticultural or agricultural position as well as knowledge of cannabis strains and plant genetics (to be able to track and catalog plants from the clone stage to harvesting) are preferred. High school or equivalent (i.e. GED) required.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, some bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus. Must be able to detect product issues, such as spider mite, powdery mildew, and/or botrytis. Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to stock or bring product down from storage or racks and maintain cultivation process. Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and product.
Work is generally performed in a fast-paced cannabis grow location
All candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
