Job Summary
The Inventory Control Technician is responsible for supporting the Inventory team with day-to-day activities. This role will also provide technical support, guidance, and solutions for processes related to inventory. This role will also provide support for Sira’s seed-to-sale tracking systems and updating data on a regular basis. The Inventory Control Technician will work closely with the Inventory Manager and Assistant Inventory Manager to ensure that all inventory is accurate and compliant.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory audits and spot check counts.
- Assists in audit investigations and reconciliation process.
- Compliant receipt and count/weight checks on all incoming inventory.
- Manage and update data metrics for all regulated inventory.
- Assist in system tracking regulated inventory.
- Maintain accurate records including audits, manifest and investigation techniques.
- May be required to assist in daily production activities including transportation of cannabis, system item creation, and package creation, adjustments, and movements.
- Adhere to Sira policies to remain CCC and SOX compliant.
- Other daily duties as needed delegated by manager.
Qualifications
