The Inventory Auditor is responsible for maintaining continuous accurate inventory counts for all aspects of cultivation center production, including cultivation center supplies, inputs, seeds, cuttings, plants, harvested flower and other materials, green waste, flower for extraction, intermediate and end cannabis products, in process and packaged for sale inventory, while remaining compliant with state/federal, and other regulatory authorities and organizations.

SUMMARY: In this role, you will review, and count merchandise received daily in the warehouse and manually count all merchandise on our sales floor. When you identify discrepancies, you must document them according to company protocols, work to find the source of the inaccuracy, and find ways to reduce or eliminate future inventory errors. You will be expected to produce and deliver weekly auditing reports to your supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise the daily operations of the company Medical Marihuana Provisioning Center including but not limited to compliance with law(s) and regulations, LARA/BMMR paperwork, and inventory management. Some of these processes include cycle counting, report running, and maintaining a high level of communication among various departments. Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory is a vital component to ensure continued operations and avoid product or inventory shortages.
INVENTORY AUDITOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help company achieve goals and objectives: general business, marketing, sales, customer service, financial, human resource, and compliance.
- Maintain lines of communication with Company administrators regarding performance, issues, problems, challenges, opportunities, threats, etc.
- Manage all LARA/BMMR reporting/paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Complete Daily Reports, including but not limited to inventory, online sales, data analysis, etc.
- Oversee daily inventory management, ensure inventory is accurate, and perform scheduled inventory audits.
- Assist accountants with periodic sales and inventory audits.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Degree or college credit in business, management, or related areas preferred.

- Retail sales experience (not necessary but valued).
- Knowledge of medical marihuana is a plus.
