In this position you, along with a couple amazing colleagues, will take the lead in talent acquisition, collaborating with the various hiring managers. The scope of role will include frontline all the way through to CXO. Working within our ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, you'll do all the things a recruiter normally does and then some, including developing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and managing the process of onboarding for your candidates. You will further accelerate our already unbelievable growth trajectory by assisting with identifying the future leaders of the company.
This role supports recruiting critical roles internally (for Elevation Capital) and externally (for our portfolio companies), a diverse experience in Consumer Goods, Food/Bev, Supplements, Health & Wellness, and/or Computer Software/Hardware roles at all levels is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research roles, develop job descriptions, competencies, goals, and KPIs for every role.
- Outbound sourcing through Linked in and other tools
- Screening applicants digitally to assess fit.
- Oversee candidate process from open to success in their role.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding
- Creating and presenting recruitment reports to understand where improvements can be made
- Work on recruiting branding and incentives such as employee referral programs
- Implement core values to everyday work life for all employees
- Implement new hiring tools and resources
- Implement recruiting best practices
- Work closely with VP of People and Talent and all hiring managers
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience of full life cycle and in-house recruiting experience with references that attest to your outstanding ability with this.
- Fluent, inspirational, persuasive, and articulate business communication skills
- Startup or fast-growing company experience, proven experience of growing companies from early stage to mid-stage or beyond
- Health and wellness and/or tech talent acquisition experience
- Strong experience with using linked in recruiter to generate and hire candidates in diverse rolls
- Have experience implementing recruiting tools and processes
- Data oriented, ability to leverage recruiting decisions from recruiting data analytics
- Tech savvy (G-Suite, ATS, Microsoft Office, Recruiting Platforms and Job Boards)
- Experience recruiting highly regulated product categories - e.g. medical technology/dietary supplements/cannabis
- Ability to communicate and understand the needs of hiring managers and be able to translate that into job descriptions and job searches
- Creative and strategic sourcing experience
- BA Degree preferred
COMPENSATION
An aggressive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role. Options/equity will be provided to suitable candidates after completion of the first 90 days (about 3 months). This role also provides the opportunity for advancement in role, function and pay.

Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Executive recruiter to source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialized positions. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business.
Responsibilities
- In close consultation with the Search Director, engage with clients throughout the search process, developing skills in executive presence, maintaining favorable CSAT and NPS ( >9) scores from our clients
- Engaging with clients in the Search Director's absence. Conducting updates, YSIs, finalist presentations etc
- Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
- Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
- Research into clients company, competitors, and market place
- Map role criteria define position description, and document specifications
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
- Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references, and check credits
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
