Job Description:
Our client sells retained executive search and focuses on the Health & Wellness industry with a focus on Cannabis. The candidate would be working on a prospect list we created and expanding that list and then "working" that list via outbound activities. The list is board members, investors, C-suite members, private equity executives...people who are involved in hiring leadership roles for growing cannabis companies and also more broadly health & wellness companies.
They are targeting a fast-growth industry in Cannabis and have a track record of filling executive roles in this industry. They have established a content creation process to support the company and the candidate they are becoming viewed as an SME. Requirements and responsibilities:
- Ability to connect and build relationships with executives with the goal to sell $60,000 - $125,000 retained executive search.
- Experience using CRM systems like Hubspot.
- Experience leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in Recruiting and/or executive search.
- Experience in Health and Wellness, Cannabis, Food and Beverage, Tobacco, Pharma
- Develop and articulate a strategic and comprehensive business plan for the assigned territory and manage all sales activities for this territory
- Set sales KPIs and Metrics/Quotas and train/coach team members on that strategy
- Conduct regularly scheduled reviews with the sales team to discuss account reports, new opportunities, customer issues, competition, industry updates, new product information
- Lead and attend meetings with Finance, Marketing, Sales Leaders, FBR team, and staff 1:1s
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience with high ticket sales
- Successful track record and demonstrated growth and progression in a career.
- History of setting and driving strategic sales initiatives
- Experience managing a successful high-performing sales team in a large market
- Team player- ability to work seamlessly with multiple internal and external partners

Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Executive recruiter to source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialized positions. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business.
Responsibilities
- In close consultation with the Search Director, engage with clients throughout the search process, developing skills in executive presence, maintaining favorable CSAT and NPS ( >9) scores from our clients
- Engaging with clients in the Search Director's absence. Conducting updates, YSIs, finalist presentations etc
- Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
- Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
- Research into clients company, competitors, and market place
- Map role criteria define position description, and document specifications
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
- Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references, and check credits
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
