Position Summary:
The Delivery & Dispatch Manager is responsible for the oversight of the company's Dispatch and Delivery operations across Ca. The Delivery & Dispatch Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and organizing the activities of Dispatch & Delivery staff, as well as establishing effective working relationships with management, employees, and customers. Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Manages upwards of 50 staff members and Fleet Supervisors in surrounding stores.

Vibe is seeking a dynamic individual capable of running a startup and managing the ambiguity that comes with pioneering new buisness models. This person will oversee training and support the entire Vibe by California delivery fleet, as well as trail blazing new frontiers of cannabis delivery. This must be a reliable individual to act as a communication point for our customers and manage order fulfillment, staff, and drivers.You will receive orders, coordinate order processing, transmit messages, track drivers and vehicles. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in high-pressure situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision, enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and hold an accountable award winning delivery team
- First contact with vendors and representatives
- Manage day to day operations of Vibe’s online express and delivery orders
- Receive orders and field customer calls, recording significant information
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
