Position Summary:
The Creative Services Manager will report to the General Manager and be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day company marketing initiatives across all channels, from creation of content, to strategic execution, to analysis of performance, to reporting of metrics. This position will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing messaging, strategy, and audience to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design high-quality creative assets; advertisements, posts, print materials, graphics, signage and other communications assets.
Provide project management, oversight, and creative direction for graphic designer and social media positions, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and accuracy across all marketing channels.
Oversee website management and update/redesign as needed.
Oversee all social media pages and collaborate with the marketing team to develop goals and plans to accomplish these goals.
Coordinate the development and implementation of overall branding and marketing strategies, including, but not limited to: paid and organic advertising, SEO & internal communications.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness, when needed
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or events on a variety of media (social, print, online, etc.)
See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Collaborate with managers, when needed
This is a ‘hands-on’ position, you will lead a 3 person team and will be expected to create content, take photographs, edit graphics, or any other marketing tasks if/when your team members are unavailable for any reason.

Management Responsibilities:
Supervise the current marketing team, including a graphic designer & social media coordinator
Collaborate with General Manager and HR Manager during evaluation process as well as disciplinary meetings
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong proficiency in programs for creating & distributing digital and print content including:
Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Wordpress
Google Workspace
Must possess advanced knowledge & understanding of social media content optimization and analytics to enhance relationship building across all platforms.
Must have experience in utilizing analytics and optimization tools including Google’s suite of products, particularly AdWords, Analytics & Tag Manager
Editorial and writing experience/proficiency
Current knowledge of the rules and regulations for marketing cannabis in MA preferred, and must be prepared to become an expert in permissible marketing and advertising activities.
Must be able to work in a collaborative and diverse environment
Solid knowledge of general marketing techniques and principles
Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

Must have open and flexible availability to include, nights, weekends and holidays
Must be 21+
Cannabis experience, personal or professional, not required, but ideal candidate must be willing to become well educated about cannabis and the industry
Physical Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Director of Marketing to plan, create, produce and distribute content on a continual basis.
- Manage weekly production of labels and product packaging.
- Organize and maintain brand asset library. Traffic assets to our internal staff and retail partners.
- Create and update product marketing assets weekly, including menus and digital content.
- Help design creative marketing materials: in-store displays, signage, apparel, merchandising, point of sale tools, etc.
- Maintain menus on websites, Weedmaps and other platforms
- Help create art, photo and video assets for social platforms.
- Help schedule social posts.
- Create and maintain a streamlined content calendar that keeps the whole team on track
- Brainstorm new content ideas alongside the marketing team
- Attend various industry tradeshows and company-sponsored events.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Strong graphic design skills
- Command of visual design and typography principles
- Possesses extreme attention to detail and ability to adhere to design guidelines and specifications
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop a must. Premiere a big plus)

This role is responsible for supporting the success of CannaCraft by managing the creation of impactful marketing tools and engaging campaigns that represent each brand’s spirit, positive virtues and character to our consumers and dispensary accounts.
The Project Manager role will support the Sales, Marketing and Creative Services departments and is responsible for managing a dynamic list of priorities and ensuring creative projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Project Manager will support our design, web, print, digital and retail marketing projects.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from project inception to final delivery.
- Manage a dynamic list of priorities and ensure creative projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Develop and distribute several scopes of work and creative briefs each week, coordinate their creation with the design team; manage, organize, and distribute corresponding assets accordingly.
- Manage the design and production workflow and schedule- tracking milestones, looking at volume, velocity, and resources.
- Track hours usage with agency partners and ensure projects and monthly retainers stay within expected scope.
- Identify, develop, and roll-out new processes; develop new tools / automate functions.
- Manage all source design files on Google Drive while implementing standard naming conventions, archiving procedures and folder structures.
- Provide consistent, excellent communication to all relevant parties internally and externally, including directors, brand managers, graphic designers, web developers, printers, third party vendors, and agency partners using clear and informed instructions to take each project from vision to completion.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES - REQUIRED
- 2+ years Project Management experience in the marketing and creative services industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in work experience.
- Strong command of the creative process in both the traditional and digital space.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written)
- Experience working with production teams across multiple departments.
- Experience managing fast-paced projects in a deadline-driven environment.
