Position Summary:
The Creative Services Manager will report to the General Manager and be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day company marketing initiatives across all channels, from creation of content, to strategic execution, to analysis of performance, to reporting of metrics. This position will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing messaging, strategy, and audience to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design high-quality creative assets; advertisements, posts, print materials, graphics, signage and other communications assets.
Provide project management, oversight, and creative direction for graphic designer and social media positions, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and accuracy across all marketing channels.
Oversee website management and update/redesign as needed.
Oversee all social media pages and collaborate with the marketing team to develop goals and plans to accomplish these goals.
Coordinate the development and implementation of overall branding and marketing strategies, including, but not limited to: paid and organic advertising, SEO & internal communications.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness, when needed
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or events on a variety of media (social, print, online, etc.)
See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Collaborate with managers, when needed
This is a ‘hands-on’ position, you will lead a 3 person team and will be expected to create content, take photographs, edit graphics, or any other marketing tasks if/when your team members are unavailable for any reason.

Position Summary:
SafeTiva Labs is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Quality Specialist. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for updating and managing the Quality Management System and Quality Manual. They are in charge of quality related activities and ensuring SafeTiva stays in compliance with ISO 17025 and Cannabis Control Commission regulations.

SafeTiva Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable driver to transport cannabis samples from our clientele to SafeTiva Labs, using our company vehicle. The Transport Specialist plays a key role in shaping the company culture through interactions with employees and clients. The Transport Specialist will report directly to the Transport Manager and will always conduct deliveries with another Transport Specialist. The position is part-time and based out of Westfield, MA. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategy to grow our audience, spread our messaging, and meet our revenue targets.
The Director of Sales will report directly to the CEO. The position is full-time with some time on-site in Westfield, on the road visiting clients, and attending events throughout Massachusetts.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and document sales calls and site visits
· Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
· Connect with clients through multiple touchpoints at all levels- owners, managers, lab directors, technicians, and cultivators

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Oversees cash handling, provides change to drawers when needed and reconciles the cash drawers at close each night both physically and in the POS

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 7-10 years in fast paced retail experience, including at least five years in a management position
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or related areas
- Ability to manage a team of staff members in a fast paced, highly regulated industry
- Experience in inventory management and reconciliation
- Experience working in a heavily regulated industry preferred

Position: Molecular Biologist
SafeTiva Labs is looking for an experienced molecular biologist to join the lab team and perform cannabis testing operations.

Detailed Responsibilities:
· Analyze samples for bacteria, yeast, and mold using a PCR/microarray platform
· Cannabis sample preparation and destruction
· Follow laboratory policies and SOPs, state regulations, and ISO-17025 quality management system
· Review, record, and organize data in the LIMS
· Maintain lab equipment in good operating condition and troubleshoot malfunctions as needed
· Identify and improve workflow efficiencies
· Maintain familiarity with all microbiological protocols and be able to train new technicians
· Prepare chemical solutions and various tasks to keep the laboratory clean and functioning, including washing glassware and sterilizing workspaces
· Maintain an organized and sterile microbiological lab
· Evaluate system performance and perform proficiency testing
· Perform proper sample and waste disposal
· Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
· Perform related duties as assigned
· Will report to Lab Director
Skills and Competencies
· Independence with PCR and molecular biology lab techniques
· Strong understanding of standardized test methods for microbiology (AOAC, BAM, USDA, FDA, EPA, etc)
· Strong aptitude for identifying microbial species based on observations, experience, and functional expertise
· Excellent aseptic technique and pipetting skills
· Attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
· Efficient workload management and able to oversee high throughput testing when samples are arriving at varying times
· Enthusiastic team player with ability to work independently
· Able to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
· Effective oral and written communicator
· Strong work ethic
· Maintain the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct
· Support SafeTiva’s goals for a diverse and culturally aware workforce
· Strong computer and data management skills, with preference for MS Office and LIMS programs
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in molecular biology or microbiology
· 3 years of experience working in a professional microbiology or molecular biology wet lab, and at least a year of experience in both fields
· Experience in a commercial testing lab, with cannabis testing preferred
· ISO-17025 experience preferred
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Able to pass a background check, drug test, and must not have been convicted of an excluded felony offense as defined in 105 CRM 725.030
- Able to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions
- 8 hour shift, days and times may change and occasional night and weekend work may be required

Hidden Hemlock is a family-owned cannabis cultivation establishment in Westfield, MA. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full time 1099 Contractor Employee. This position is Monday- Friday; 8am-4pm. $18/hr to start.
Processing and Packaging Assistant (Full Time/1099 Contractor)
The individual is responsible for assisting in post-harvest tasks including the production of pre-rolls, flower units and labeling containers.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- 1+ years of working experience in repetitive work environment, cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, agriculture, farming, and/or horticulture practices.
- Works well independently and in a team.
- Engaging and responsible individual with a strong work ethic and communication skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is considered a physical labor position, that is best for people that are comfortable with lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds repeatedly, as well as standing, kneeling and crouching for prolonged periods of time.
- Processing cannabis flower into pre-rolls and flower units (1/8ths).
- Labeling containers.
- Repetitive motions (weighting flower, processing cannabis)
- Strictly adhere to SOP’s (standard operating procedures).
- Ability to adhere to tasks assigned by managers.
- Daily cleaning of facility (bathrooms, sweeping, moping, waste removal)
- Maintaining a clean facility and safe environment.
- Eager to learn and expand one’s knowledge of cannabis and indoor agriculture.
- Comply with all rules, laws, regulations and industry standards set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC), the City of Westfield and the Company
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others

REQUIREMENTS
