JOB SUMMARY:
Your role as a Human Resources Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You will undertake a wide range of Human Resources tasks, like administering all company-wide payroll, process employee benefits and leaves of absences, assist in crafting Human Resources policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You will also act as the main point of contact for payroll and human resource related queries from employee and external partners.
The goal is to ensure the Human Resources department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verifies and approves final timecards for payroll processing.
- Processes payroll by calculating employees pay; distributing checks; maintaining records.
- Main administrative duties include organize and maintaining personnel records, managing human resources documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
- Notifies existing staff of internal opportunities; maintains personnel records; obtains temporary staff from agencies.
- Administers companies’ health insurance, by advising employees of eligibility; providing application/enrollment information; helping with form completion; verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals.
- Participates in Human Resources projects such as benefits open enrollment and renewals.
- Monitors unemployment claims by reviewing claims; substantiating documentation; requesting legal counsel review.
- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Onboards new employees by providing new hire information packets; reviews company policies; gathers withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Revise payroll and human resources policies.
- Liaison with external partners (e.g., Greenleaf and insurance vendors).
- Create regular reports and presentations on Human Resources metrics (e.g. turnover rates).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
· Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration (preferred), or;
· Certification of the American Payroll Association (preferred)
Experience:
- 4+ years of payroll experience
- 2+ years of human resources generalist experience
Skills:
- Previous experience in Human Resources and Payroll
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Ability to build rapport with all employees.
- Strong computer skills MS Office (Excel, Word etc.).
- Strong oral and written communication with effective interpersonal and relationship management skills to engage with all business partners.
- Assertive, results driven, self-motivated with ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Fert Specialist is responsible for supporting the irrigation and fertilizer programs, soil moisture monitoring, and supervise assigned crews for their cannabis cultivation operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential reasonability’s include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate watering and fertigation schedules.
- Ensure that irrigation and fertigation are done accurately and according to a clear strategy to enable maximize crop quality and yields
- Maintain the automated dosing systems to achieve high-quality production.
- Monitor growing medium for plants
- Develop and maintain accurate electronic record-keeping.
- Manage irrigation stations, suggest improvements to infrastructure, and lead implementation of improvements.
- Report conditions of grow rooms to cultivation management

The Primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage the inventory control system, maintain product data, maintain invoice records, receive-in all products, rectify miscalculations, review and analyze the results of operations, reports findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary. - 1-2 years previous experience retail, restaurant, manufacturing or parts inventory as a clerk or stock associate

The ideal candidate would have experience that includes developing analyzing, and tracking legislation; overseeing legislative strategy and advocating positions; and working with multiple governmental agencies at the federal, state, and local level to develop policies and procedures and coordinate programs and legislative activities. Candidates should possess senior-level legislative affairs. Experience, preferably with a complex and multi-faceted Agency.

JOB SUMMARY:
Our organization is currently seeking a Cash Handler to work in our Cultivation Facility. The Primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage cash flow of daily purchases, and manage transition of currency with designated cash transporters, maintain product data, maintain invoice records, process transactions for customers, rectify miscalculations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for receiving, processing, and distributing United States (US) currency in a highly regulated environment while applying strong attention to detail and adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Operates complex processing equipment and troubleshoots machine issues accurately to support achievement of production goals, service levels, and contractual obligations.
- Works together with team members in a dynamic production environment to maintain quality control policies and work procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
