WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
- Ensures that the communication promotes and protects Leafly’s reputation and underscores its authentic commitment to quality products, innovation and responsible growth.
- Drives proactive and reactive media relations with reporters covering the cannabis space (and loves it).
- Cultivates and maintains relationships with key reporters and media outlets.

The Corporate Communications Manager (CCM) will work collaboratively with the IR/Corporate Communications team and is responsible for implementing and managing the internal and external communications required in support of specific strategic goals and overall mission. Participates in the development of the company’s corporate communications strategy, messaging and tactical execution of projects and programs to build our corporate brand visibility.
Write and/or manage corporate press releases, speaking abstracts, media interviews/statements, and award submissions by working with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Support executive thought leadership efforts, collaborating with the team to craft presentations, panel submissions, and articles.
Responsible for updating the corporate presentations and brand guidelines
Supports the Corporate Communications and Investor Relations team members in their effort to find, support, and encourage prospective investors by broadening awareness and interest through conferences, presentations, meetings, media, and mailings.
Acquire and apply working knowledge of Trulieve’s products, market segments, market trends, and competitors to optimize communications programs

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Develop and execute consistent external/internal communications campaigns, reporting to Head of Corporate Communications
- Draft press releases, internal communications, op-eds and additional corporate materials as needed

QUALIFICATIONS *
- 6+ years' experience specific to internal communications in a corporate setting
