The Role
A2LA is seeking a results-driven and engaging professional to develop captivating content and build brand awareness by working closely with our marketing team. Job Description:
In this role you will help drive the development and management of outbound content in support of our marketing, product teams, and the Agrify brand. It is critical that you are capable of working collaboratively with project teams from various functions inside and outside the broader marketing organization and exhibit a high level of internal customer focus and service to successfully drive marketing communication programs under aggressive timelines, in a dynamically evolving and fast-paced cannabis and hemp technology environment. You will partner in the development of various types of content that articulate Agrify’s cannabis cultivation solutions value proposition, working closely with Agrify’s marketing, product, and technology teams to support customer engagements and industry leadership through thought-leadership activities related to topics such as cultivation technology, operations efficiency, and consistency and quality in cultivation.
Succeeding in this role, you should be experienced in copywriting and marketing with a content creation background in cannabis, technology, or life sciences, as well as a track record of initializing and executing best practices for search engine optimization. You will need to be able to embrace Agrify’s core technologies and target markets within the cannabis industry to create content that aligns with our brand.
Responsibilities:

Overview:
The Marketing Content Specialist will perform advanced levels of photography and videography creative services for Deep Roots Harvest. Utilizing current image capturing equipment, software for editing, composition and layout you will capture stunning and vivid imagery to be used in corporate marketing and advertising projects with the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
While providing support through the generation of photographic and video marketing content, casting & directing photo and video shoots, copywriting, advising on strategies to reach targeted demographics, evaluation of marketing content effectiveness, and maintaining a comprehensive photographic image and video database. Some travel required for location shoots.
Essential Functions:
- Capture, edit, and deliver professional photographic images and videos that satisfy the conceptual vision for desired marketing content
- Improve image quality and design through the utilization of available editing software & techniques
- Arrange and adjust products, scenery, lighting, and backgrounds to achieve desired content creation
- Cast and direct models during photo & video shoots to achieve suitable results
- Assist in the creation of written copy that will accompany supporting imagery
- Advise on strategies to reach targeted demographics through the development of brand messages
- Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of virtual, print, and in-person marketing campaigns, and make adjustments based on those appraisals to achieve expected results
