Job Description:
The Dispensary Agent is responsible for providing a compassionate, quality, knowledgeable experience to all patients at the point of sale. The Dispensary Agent will follow the direction of the Dispensary Manager on all tasks related to the facility; including- but not limited to- patient education pertaining to state cannabis laws, the various medical cannabis products offered and recommending appropriate cannabis products, medication procedures and proper dosing to ensure a positive patient experience for their medical condition. Cannabis Trimmer

Cannabis Pre-Roll Specialist
Works with the Dry/Trim manager to perform all duties related to pre-roll and packaging operations. This is an entry level position and compensation is $15/hr.
Duties:
Production and packaging of pre-rolls for medical and adult use.
Keeps logs (electronic and paper) for proper tracking and reporting of all inventory.
Inputs data and controls flow of production
Cross-trains on and working alongside with the Cultivation team with the harvest, drying, trimming, weighing, and packaging of medical cannabis product line when required.
Cleans any/all production areas to ensure no cross contamination occurs and ensures compliance with local and state health regulations
Follows appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of batches and/or weights of batches.
Aspires to learn the components of the plant.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Performing his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry.
Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed TRIPLE M’s specifications and patients’ expectations. Such quality assurance work and reporting shall include but not be limited to:
Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures
Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout TRIPLE M’s process
- Assist in monitoring processing supplies and inventory.
Qualifications

Maintenance Technician
This is a full-time hourly position reporting to the Director of Cultivation and the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include, but are not limited to the following:
- Document and troubleshoot maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair and replacement.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment on a scheduled basis, including inspecting pumps and pipes, checking lights and electrical connections, replacing filters, etc.
- Repair equipment including pumps, seals, motors, motor controls, variable speed drives, lights and ballasts, pumps, electrical controls, etc.
- Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust.
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and production areas.
- Report all maintenance issues to Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds.
- Maintain record of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Assist with the management of outside contractors for required service for the facilities and equipment.
- Assist the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds in all the custodial services, waste removal, and building & ground maintenance both inside and out at Triple M’s location in Plymouth.
- Assist the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds with deliveries
- Monitor on-site and remotely, the Energy Management HVAC Control System, Co2 System, Cooling System, Gas Generator, Battery Back-up Power Supply, and reports any issues to the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds on a timely basis.
- Is available on-call to address building related issues during non-business hours.
- Examines buildings on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness, and provides general maintenance, cleaning, repair and construction services, as directed by the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds.
- Organizes and tracks use of all tools.
- Provide support to additional cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed to achieve facility production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in commercial equipment repair and maintenance
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Demonstrated reliability, dependability and flexibility in work habits.

Job Description:
The Dispensary Agent is responsible for providing a compassionate, quality, knowledgeable experience to all patients at the point of sale. The Dispensary Agent will follow the direction of the Dispensary Manager on all tasks related to the facility; including- but not limited to- patient education pertaining to state cannabis laws, the various medical cannabis products offered and recommending appropriate cannabis products, medication procedures and proper dosing to ensure a positive patient experience for their medical condition. In addition, the Dispensary Agent must demonstrate proficiency, organization, calmness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment. They must be a resourceful individual who is able to work both independently and with a team, and prioritizes quality and customer service above all else. The position pays $18 per hour and is eligible for Company benefits such as paid time off and health insurance.
Dispensary Agent duties include but are not limited to:
· Greet and conduct new patient registration and verification with compassion, warmth and tact, in accordance with established procedure.
· Maintain patient database files and ensure all documents are current.
· Provide exceptional service to all patients.
· Maintain knowledge on the various strains of Cannabis offered through the dispensary
· Research new and future strains, to be better familiar with the variety of products that are currently sold or will be sold.
· Possess a general knowledge of the approved qualifying medical conditions to have a better understanding of the patient’s symptoms and treatment objectives.
· Utilize well-versed knowledge on all Cannabinoids, as well as how they affect the body.
· Educate patients on the various medical cannabis products offered to ensure all patients are receiving the correct medication that will best help their illness and/or condition.
· Recommend appropriate cannabis products, medication procedures and proper dosing in accordance with established guidelines to ensure positive patient experience.
· Communicate known issues to the dispensary management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
· Solicit feedback to better understand customer needs and the needs of the community.
· Assist in the beginning/ending physical inventory of medical cannabis products in a timely and accurate manner, following established procedures; investigate any identified discrepancies and bring to resolution.
· Receive store and inventory supplies; notify management when levels are low.
· Restock and organize POS work station prior to dispensary opening in accordance with established procedure.
· Prepare products and accessories for display and dispensing, assuring highest quality in appearance and presentation.
· Operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and make/provide change for purchases; Maintain proper cash levels in register drawer.
· Balance the cash register and print an accurate closing report at the end of each shift.
· Perform general reception duties including, but not limited to, answering and routing phone calls, and relaying messages in a timely manner.
· Assist with all dispensary housekeeping functions (i.e. cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.) to ensure an overall cleanliness of the limited/restricted access areas, waiting room area, restroom and break room; must be willing/able to work with a variety of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
· Assist patients with special needs.

Dispensary Assistant Manager
Job Description:
The main responsibility of the Dispensary Assistant Manager is to support the Dispensary Manager to coordinate and facilitate operations of the Retail Dispensary. Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, the Assistant Manager provides support to the Retail Dispensary Staff, including the Front Desk Receptionists, Product Dispensers, and Security staff. The Assistant Manager assists in the scheduling of the Retail Dispensary Staff, ordering and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, overseeing dispensary opening and closing procedures, and maintaining compliance and cleanliness.
Dispensary Manager duties include but are not limited to:
Supports Manager in Overseeing Retail Dispensary Staff Activities:
- Coordinating Retail Dispensary Staff schedules
- Managing inventory of product
- Assisting with patient/staff relations

Job Description
The Inventory Expeditor contributes to the success of the company by assisting the Dispensary Manager in ensuring that inventory is properly managed, stocked, accounted for and tracked in the Company's Leaflogix and METRC tracking systems.
Essential Functions:
· Demonstrates a high level of detail and accuracy in all inventory-related tasks.
· Product Delivery - Works with Dispensary Manager to ensure that product is delivered from the product storage vault to the dispensary on time, in a manner that does not disrupt dispensary sales operations.
· Manages all deliveries to Mashpee and receipt of wholesale deliveries; and from time to time delivers product to Mashpee.
· Ensures accuracy in labeling and product information.
· Tracks all product movement through METRC and Leaflogix.
· Works with Dispensary Manager to anticipate dispensary needs and stocks inventory accordingly.
· Organizes inventory as needed.
· Coordinates with Cultivation Business Manager on product destruction tasks for all product waste, display units, contaminated product, and product deemed unfit for sale or consumption.
· Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Experience in the cannabis industry required.
· Knowledge of METRC tracking and Leaflogix POS systems required.
