Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with receiving incoming cannabis product orders into the Vault, and preparing outgoing orders for fulfillment. The Warehouse Associate position is also responsible for various administrative duties within the Warehouse. This may include but is not limited to:
- Receiving incoming orders to the vault, with full consideration of compliance and security. Preparing outgoing fulfillment orders. Any other logistics tasks in furtherance of our transport services. The Warehouse Associate must be able to work as part of a small team and complete light administrative duties as assigned.
- Additionally, the Warehouse Associate will work with management to ensure that all deliveries and warehoused orders are accurate and compliant as defined by the Cannabis Control Commission and the State of Massachusetts.
Essential job functions
- Receive layovers and Warehouse orders to the Vault; Prepare outgoing orders from the Vault. Assist in preparing Metrc manifests.
- Physically load and unload product from the transport vehicle into the Vault.
- Storing, inventorying, and transferring products to and from the warehouse and secure vaults.
- Manage Warehouse and Vehicle cleaning schedule, and oversee contractors/vendors as needed
- Maintain inventory of Warehouse, Dispatch, and Vehicle Supplies
- Occasionally operate company-provided transport vehicles in accordance with company safety policies and procedures and in compliance with all Massachusetts state regulations.
- Bring vehicles to maintenance appointments as needed
- Other light administrative tasks, including but not limited to: receiving and distributing mail, preparing manifests, monitoring email
- Eagle Eyes employees must always maintain compliance with Cannabis Control Commission regulations.
- Ability to operate a forklift/Willing to be trained to operate
Responsibilities
- Must comply with all Eagle Eyes Transport safety measures and procedures.
- Fulfill all services punctually and professionally.
- It is mandatory for the transport agent to be comfortable with basic modern technology and have a working Mobile smartphone.
- Maintain regular communication with the management regarding current orders and potential issues with orders.
- Complete all Eagle Eyes Transport internal on boarding and training requirements as well as completing vendor responsible training and any other tasks required by the Cannabis Control Commission.
Experience
- 1-2 years of Warehouse experience a plus.
- Knowledge of, or experience working in the Cannabis industry, cannabis strains, cultivation, and medicinal effects, a plus.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be a legal resident of Massachusetts and possess a valid Massachusetts driver's license in good standing, with a driving record clear of repeat violations, at-fault accidents or moving violations during the past six (5) years.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass internal and CCC background checks
- High school degree equivalent
- English language skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate a forklift/ability to learn how to operate a forklift

Cannabis Trimmer
Cannabis trimmers harvest marijuana plants by cutting the flowers of the plants from their stems. They are also responsible for weighing, labeling and packaging the trimmed buds.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Manage and maintain grow-house protocols for a small, medium, and large-scale cannabis cultivation facilities
- Be precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating product;
- Accurately weigh the trimmed buds, as well as identify various marijuana strains;
- Operate under the high standards our company has for compliance and professionalism;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- Collaborate with management staff to provide timely reporting;
- Assist in government inspections and compliance audits.
Requirements:

Transport Agents form the backbone of Eagle Eyes Transport. The Agent is responsible for delivering cannabis products to and from customers, labs, and production facilities within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In this position, the Agent will be responsible for transport and delivery of products using a company vehicle. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Transporting cannabis and/or cannabis related product to and from licensed cannabis establishments; delivering product from dispensaries to consumers; any other logistics tasks in furtherance of our transport services. Transport Agents must have excellent customer service skills, excellent driving skills, and must be able to work as part of a small team while making deliveries and completing light administrative duties as assigned.
- Additionally, the Transport Agent works with the customer to ensure that all deliveries are accurate and compliant as defined by EET operating procedures, The Cannabis Control Commission, and the State of Massachusetts.
Essential job functions
- Operate company-provided transport vehicle in accordance with company safety policies and procedures and in compliance with all Massachusetts state regulations.
- Physically load and unload product from the transport vehicle.
- Storing, inventorying, and transferring products to and from the warehouse and secure vaults.
- Pick up and deliver customer orders to and from various destinations including but not limited to dispensaries, labs, and residences, within established time frames.
- Agents must always maintain compliance with Cannabis Control Commission regulations.
Responsibilities
- Must comply with all Eagle Eyes Transport safety measures and procedures.
- Fulfill all deliveries and services punctually and professionally.
- Obey all traffic laws and operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- It is mandatory for the transport agent to be comfortable with basic modern technology and have a working Mobile smartphone in order to use our delivery application.
- Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher regarding current orders and potential issues with orders.
- Complete all administrative tasks required during transport to ensure compliance with all cannabis Control Commission regulations and State of Massachusetts laws.
- Complete all Eagle Eyes Transport internal on boarding and training requirements as well as completing vendor responsible training and any other tasks required by the Cannabis Control Commission.
Experience
- Experienced and comfortable interfacing with customers and/or the public.
- 1-2 years professional delivery Driving Experience a plus.
- Knowledge of, or experience working in the Cannabis industry, cannabis strains, cultivation, and medicinal effects, a plus.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Early (5-6 am) start times typical; must be available for full and extended days even if part-time hours.
- Must possess a valid MA driver's license in good standing, with a driving record clear of repeat violations, at-fault accidents or moving violations during the past six (6) years. Must have had a license in a US state for at least 6 years.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass internal and CCC background checks
- High school degree equivalent
- English language skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to maintain a flexible working schedule and adjust on the go if hours are extended during a shift.

Job Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for assisting in managing personnel, inventory, and supporting daily retail operations.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with receiving incoming cannabis product orders into the Vault, and preparing outgoing orders for fulfillment. Transport Supervisors (TS) are dispatchers that make sure that daily operations of Eagle Eyes Transport remain organized and compliant. Job Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for assisting in managing personnel, inventory, and supporting daily retail operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting dispensary staff, inventory, and patient/customer relations.

Job Summary:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for dispensary's inventory and conducts regular cycle counts. They will analyze inventory records, order supplies, manage the processing of defective items, and devise ways to reduce inaccurate inventory reporting.
This role is expected to spend 95% of their time focused on inventory related activities and are held responsible for engaging in the activity of and maintaining accurate records for inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate counts of all cannabis inventory by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary.
- Manage and update digital menus to ensure accuracy against current inventory.
- Support open and closing measures as required.
- Ensure all product received is properly tagged according to state and local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork.
- Reconcile inventory with State reporting system and POS system to ensure that all information is accurately porting to the state and no malfunctions of the POS and scales are occurring.
- Keep a clean and well-organized vault area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and inventory desk.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to Agents in-Charge regarding inventory best practices.
- Understand state and local laws regarding cannabis compliance and regulatory control measures.
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager.
- Assist General Manager or Area Director with quarterly and third-party audits when applicable.
- Record and transmit accurate inventory data to corporate accounting.
- Provide ad hoc reports requested by the General Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year(s) of prior management experience dealing directly with store inventory.
- High school degree or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays.

The ideal Cultivation Director has great people management skills and experience with automated systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee proper techniques related to cultivation; transplanting, pruning, defoliation, watering, feeding, and harvesting.
- Manage plant germination and propagation through cloning efforts.

Works with the Dry/Trim manager to perform all duties related to pre-roll and packaging operations. This is an entry level position and compensation is $15/hr.
Duties:
Production and packaging of pre-rolls for medical and adult use.

Maintenance Technician
This is a full-time hourly position reporting to the Director of Cultivation and the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include, but are not limited to the following:
- Document and troubleshoot maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair and replacement.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment on a scheduled basis, including inspecting pumps and pipes, checking lights and electrical connections, replacing filters, etc.
- Repair equipment including pumps, seals, motors, motor controls, variable speed drives, lights and ballasts, pumps, electrical controls, etc.
- Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust.

- Examines buildings on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness, and provides general maintenance, cleaning, repair and construction services, as directed by the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds.
- Organizes and tracks use of all tools.
- Provide support to additional cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed to achieve facility production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The Zen Leaf Dispensary is dedicated to providing excellent patient care on every visit in an efficient and friendly manner. We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Budtenders to join our upcoming Plymouth, MA dispensary. Budtenders are responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and patient record management. This job pairs unparalleled attention to a customer's needs with ongoing inventory maintenance.
This is a fast-paced retail job. Each budtender focuses on one patient at a time in a boutique setting. A successful budtender will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective verbal and listening communications skills, and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Accountability, dependability, and adaptability are all necessary skills in a growing industry that strictly complies with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Health.
Responsibilities
· Welcomes all visitors to the dispensary
· Possesses a thorough knowledge of cannabis products and pricing to provide exceptional customer service to dispensary customers;
· Advises customers on products in compliance with all dispensing rules, regulations, and limitations in a friendly and professional manner
· Provides customers with information on types, methods and effectiveness of different cannabis products (does not provide medical advice)
· Dispenses regulated products in compliance with state dispensing limitations, including limits on the quantity dispensed, limits on the form or dosage of cannabis, limits on the types of products dispensed, and/or the frequency of purchases
· Stocks, merchandises, and replenishes displays of regulated and unregulated inventory
· Completes all sales by entering accurate data for each transaction in the business management software platforms in compliance with company policies and state dispensing limitations
Requirements
· Providing a personal experience to every customer in a non-judgmental and educational environment
· Dedication to helping customers find the best products for their different needs
· Strong computer skills, point of sale software, and cash management knowledge.
· Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve matters in a professional manner.
· Prior customer service or hospitality experience
· Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to pass a state and federal criminal background check
· High school degree or general education degree (GED) is required for all positions
· Knowledge of cannabis plant varieties and uses a plus

- Develop and maintain the Company’s sales contacts, business development leads, sales budget and work with the CFO, COO, and CEO to provide revenue and capital projections

- Lead/perform sales due diligence on all potential transactions that the company is pursuing
- Source and cultivate potential client leads.
- Generate quotes, cost proposals, and final contracts.
- Perform ongoing data input and management via Salesforce.

Job Description
The Inventory Expeditor contributes to the success of the company by assisting the Dispensary Manager in ensuring that inventory is properly managed, stocked, accounted for and tracked in the Company's Leaflogix and METRC tracking systems.
Essential Functions:
· Demonstrates a high level of detail and accuracy in all inventory-related tasks.
· Product Delivery - Works with Dispensary Manager to ensure that product is delivered from the product storage vault to the dispensary on time, in a manner that does not disrupt dispensary sales operations.
· Manages all deliveries to Mashpee and receipt of wholesale deliveries; and from time to time delivers product to Mashpee.
· Ensures accuracy in labeling and product information.
· Tracks all product movement through METRC and Leaflogix.
· Works with Dispensary Manager to anticipate dispensary needs and stocks inventory accordingly.
· Organizes inventory as needed.
· Coordinates with Cultivation Business Manager on product destruction tasks for all product waste, display units, contaminated product, and product deemed unfit for sale or consumption.
· Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Experience in the cannabis industry required.
· Knowledge of METRC tracking and Leaflogix POS systems required.
Knowledge and Abilities:
· Knowledge and understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the retail cannabis environment.
· Knowledge of laws and regulations related to cannabis operations.
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
