SUMMARY
Support all aspects of cultivation model.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position includes, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure proper plant upkeep and maintenance as assigned.
- Scouting of designated areas for pest/disease pressures as well as general plant health and report findings to the Lead Cultivation Agent and/or Cultivation Manager.
- Responsible for safety procedures and adherence to process at all times.
- Understand and adhere to all (MRA/LARA) regulations.
- Following guidelines in respect to daily sanitation and organization in assigned areas.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Demonstrate proficient written and verbal communication skills to interact with peers and upper management.
- Ability to take direction, ensuring assigned tasks are completed in a efficient and safe manner.
- Commitment to a scheduled 40-hour workweek.
- Commitment to mandatory overtime when appropriate and/or occasional weekends.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 to $14.00 /hour

SUMMARY
Responsible for all agronomic activities within the facilities. Responsible for all plant health from seed to harvest.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position includes, but are not limited to the following:
- Stay current with latest grow solutions and technology. Establish relationships with Suppliers as needed
- Create plans and ensure room layout plans are implemented according to plans.
- Create and manage Daily Task List in order to provide direction to head grower/s.
- Ensure proper plant upkeep
- Conduct plant and facility Spot-checks
- Monitor and manage in collaboration with Facility Operation Manager changes to maintain day to day climate or irrigation schedule
- Work with QA/QC/Safety Manager to provide Pest ID, Mold ID and contamination ID.
- Work with Harvest / METRC Manager to ensure Flower is harvested, dried and trimmed appropriately; make sure target temperature and humidity levels are adhered to
- Managing plant health in regard to environment, facility, construction and proformas’ schedules
- Determine plant schedules and report schedules to both Harvest/METRC Manager and Facility Operations Manager
- Alert Director and Management Team of any plants that show poor health. Work with appropriate manager to correct situation
- Ensure Cultivation Dashboard is updated weekly
- Provide weekly update to Director and Harvest/METRC Manager on health of plants (Poor, Good, Excellent)
- Review, Edit and/or Write SOPs for Cultivation Systems and Process. Ensure they are adhered to.
- Participate in staffing pln for Au Gres Operations
- Manage inventory and order supplies needed for area of responsibility
- Participate in hiring new employees in area of responsibility
- Provide Job responsibility and task management for direct reports
- Provide HR management for direct reports
- Track and oversee accuracy of direct reports work vacation, sick hours
- Train one or more person as backup or point of contact
- Mentor one person
- Follow up from MRA inspections, correcting any issues identified
- Participate in State (MRA/ARA) Inspections

- Cultivators (Grow Hands I Trimmers)
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports to Operations Director
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in plant sciences and/or Agriculture related disciplines
- Ability to manage people and provide day-to-day supervision
- Ability to gather, track, and report on agricultural information obtained during harvest tracking
- Ability to develop and document SOPs
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENT
- Available to work during Harvest and Testing activities
- Available to work 45+ hours per 7-day week
- Available to work Weekends when requested
- Able to lift 30Lbs
