- Confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts; ensures monies are deposited regularly, and reports are submitted as prescribed by company policies
- Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships
- Develops, oversees, and maximizes retail budget and product inventory, purchasing, and sales
- Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required
- Ensures inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks
- Collaborates with leadership to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective advertising
- Uses company software to research, analyze, and track purchases
- Ensures the store always looks clean and inviting
- Places and rotates merchandise to attract positive attention from customers
- Assure compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements
- Create and execute SOPs for all of the above

- Performs installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Assists in research of IT operations products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts
- Interacts with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors regarding network products and services
- Maintains policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network resource administration, appropriate use, and disaster recovery
- Maintains end user accounts, permissions, and access rights
