JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing all Store Managers of each Great Lakes Holistics (GLH) locations, staff, merchandise, and customer service. THE ROLE
The Regional Retail Director of Chicagoland effectively leads their team of Store Managers and ensures strong retail performance, with responsibilities in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and P&L management of the retail stores.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Monitor the P&L reports for each store and develop effective ways to fill in any gaps between actual performance and company

Job Description
The General/Regional Retail Manager is responsible for driving revenue goals while providing an outstanding patient experience at a Michigan State licensed medical/recreational store in Ann Arbor. The Manager is responsible for meeting and reporting on revenue goals, training and leading the retail staff and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. The Manager is responsible for forecasting inventory levels, ordering and receiving product, maintaining accurate systems for regulatory reporting and sales analysis. The Manager is also responsible for promoting a "best places to work" culture and should be passionate about sales and the benefits of medical cannabis. The manager will also liaise with other store managers to problem solve companywide issues with the executive team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute store strategies to increase patient visits/value per visit, expand store traffic, maximize store sales and optimize profitability.
- Ensure high customer delight and retention; increase customer referrals
- Report on buying trends and customer needs/requests
- Manage the operation, purchasing, and payroll, within the budget for the store
- Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively for maximum revenue and profitability
- Share best practices with other managers in our network and timely communicate with affiliate business partners
- Communicate regularly with owners and staff regarding inventory availability and discrepancies
- Follows all processes to ensure accuracy and safety protocols are maintained as part of the quality assurance program.
- Coach and develop assistant managers in their duties, delegate supervisory tasks as necessary.
- Ensure required reporting is accurate and submitted in a timely manner
- Ensure inventory and financial compliance
- Work with finance on inventory and accounting on forecasting
- Comply with all State regulatory matters
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of verifiable management experience with proven success in a customer-centric retail management environment
- 5+ years of experience in the retail industry with high volume customer service background preferred; franchise training a plus.
- A high-touch, visible leader who can establish instant credibility with patients and inspire a team of retail associates
- Excellent people and team-building skills - this is a HIGH EQ position
- Solid business and financial acumen and reporting skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Team player with the ability to gain consensus through collaborations and open dialogue
- Experience with inventory control, POS systems, financial reporting and budget preparation, loss prevention, merchandising, and customer service
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and be approved to work in Michigan under the MMFLA (no misdemeanor convictions for drugs, fraud, dishonesty or theft in the last 5 years, no felony convictions of any kind in the last 10 years)

We are looking for an experienced Retail Regional Manager who can effectively lead their team of Store Managers and ensure strong retail performance, with responsibilities in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and P&L management of C3 Industries retail cannabis chain, High Profile.
In this role you will….
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail performance, ensuring efficient and sound operations, maximum profit, and a best-in-class store experience.
- Establish and ensure key performance indicators (KPI) are being tracked and maintained in all store locations.
- Anticipate market trends and opportunities by analyzing existing product performance, customer insights, and individual store KPI's.
- Manage the purchasing and procurement of product mixes per location; set pricing and promotional strategies.
- Ensure best-in-class customer experience exists by staying connected to customer needs, anticipating changes, and preparing teams to meet consumer challenges.
- Maintain active presence in the stores and provide support for in store events.
- Analyze and create weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Partner with Senior Leadership to develop, execute and evaluate strategies for opening new retail locations.
- Develop initial store operating budget in coordination with Store Manager and Finance Department.
- Establish staffing levels for new stores and partner with Human Resources to ensure a proper hiring plan is in place.
- Ensure successful implementation of POS system in new locations, including employee training.
- Maintain physical presence throughout store set up and store openings.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to plan product allocation, merchandising plans, promotional signage and social media strategies.
- Partner with cross functional leaders and Store Managers to monitor store inventory, staffing and other critical operational functions to optimize store performance.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures for all retail locations, and ensure they are in full compliance with local, state and federal laws.
Skills and experience you have...
- Bachelor's degree and 7- 10+ years of experience managing multiple brick and mortar retail locations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and new store launches.

Job Description:
The Regional Retail Manager leads MA dispensaries in multiple locations, and is responsible for profitably, growing dispensary revenue, increasing Curaleaf' s profile in the marketplace through driving branding, marketing and product programs, developing dispensary objectives, and ensuring our patients receive consistent and exceptional service every visit.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides operational leadership to multiple dispensaries, with a strong understanding of the market and patient needs, as well as anticipating future needs.
- Work closely with cultivation and manufacturing to ensure proper inventory planning.
- Maximizes retail productivity, sales and profit, while ensuring that standards of service excellence are continuously met and improved upon.
- Work closely with corporate Curaleafto implement and drive brand initiatives, including overseeing the customer experience of the brand and community/patient/physician/governmental outreach within this channel.
