Senior Director Change Management
Position Objective:
The Senior Director Change Management will be a part of the Integration team and report to the Director of Integration. This position will play an integral role in the success of the Integration team by ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget and that adoption is optimal to drive benefit realization. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. The primary responsibility of the Senior Director Change Management will be to implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, improve utilization and minimize resistance.
As a member of the Integration team, this role will have responsibility for coaching and guiding project team members in defining and executing change management plans to develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, business impact assessments, transition plans, and training sessions and materials that ultimately drive change adoption.
Essential Functions:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for execution of change management deliverables and acting as the technical change management expert on designated project teams through all project phases. Provide strategic guidance on change management activities and solutions, including overall approach, plans for adoption, organizational needs and readiness assessments, training design and facilitation, and communications to increase employee awareness and adoption of IT and other initiatives (policies, procedures, structural changes)
- Maintain an understanding of change management initiatives across all Integration programs/projects; including status, timelines and potential issues/risks
- Engage with project team members and key stakeholders to understand organizational structure, business processes, and related roles and responsibilities to identify change potential, readiness, and resistance risks
- Partner with Integration Project Manager to develop meeting cadence to ensure change management initiatives are incorporated in definition of project scope and planning
- Maintain holistic view of the active and coming projects across multiple areas and update appropriate dashboards in a timely manner
- Work to drive faster adoption, improve utilization, and create greater proficiency in managing change initiatives and transitions that impact employees
- Manage development and execution of communications materials, such as fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides, web content, briefings, and presentations
- Conduct needs analysis, comparing current state to future state processes and procedures
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies for overall change management goals
- Work in close collaboration with IT team to promote adoption of solutions, standards, and processes; develop change management strategy and roadmap to improve adoption of IT initiatives
- Establish key performance indicators to track execution, monitor progress against key change initiatives
- Direct delivery of project scope and requirements, using defined change management processes and templates
- Participate in the business process re-engineering discovery sessions to identify key change impacts and prepare related documentation
- Build relationships across the organization to establish yourself as a trusted partner with key stakeholders
- Lead follow up activities with the Integration team to identify best practices, lessons learned and change strategy enhancements

Senior Director, Integration
Position Objective:
The Senior Director of Integration is responsible for directing the strategic planning and management of integration project teams for Medicine Man Technologies’ acquisitions, providing leadership and mentoring to project management staff, overseeing and coordinating the integration work plans across multiple geographies and ensuring that integration activities are complete within assigned time frames. This role reports to the Chief Information and Integration Officer with direct support to the Corporate Development team.
The ideal candidate for this will have experience working on complex projects (e.g. M&A Transactions) under tight timeframes. The candidate must be able to team with multiple stakeholders across geographic and cultural borders in order to drive projects to a successful completion. Essential Functions:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure alignment between M&A Corporate Development and integration teams on key deal terms to ensure feasibility of integration
- Develop the operating model and playbook for partnering with cross-functional teams to develop, organize, and communicate integration plans to appropriate parties, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
- Develop Work Breakdown Schedule including activities/tasks, responsible parties, milestones and schedule for integration projects to address all aspects of the standard integration and technology implementation life cycle including design, procurement, installation, build/configure, test, train, go-live and close
- Provide operational and technological solutions by analyzing system-wide impacts, understand feasibility, constraints, existing capabilities, internal and external resources.

Legal Admin Assistant
Position Objective:
Provide financial and legal administrative support and deliverables for Medicine Man Technologies Legal Department.
Essential Functions:
· Manage complex activities, including coordination of appointments and hearings for executive(s) as well as, scheduling and meeting/ event logistics. Keep executives informed as required. Arrange conference calls, video conferences or data conferences across multiple time zones, occasionally including international participants.
· Organize and maintain the company’s legal and financial files, execute company’s document retention policy and maintain documentation as necessary.
· Prepare a range of correspondence and deliverables as directed by executives, including proof-reading of documents prepared by others.

Billing Specialist
Position Objective:
The primary objective of this position is to assist customers, both internal and external, by providing excellent customer service for the Three A Light book and Success Nutrients customer inquiries, orders and product fulfillment.
Essential Functions:
Answer phone and assist customer with all requests. Transfer calls to appropriate team to assist with customer inquiry
Provide online fulfillment of all customer orders to include managing online orders, customer emails, customer phone inquiries and internal product requests.
Create, update and maintain client profiles in the Quick Books accounting system.
Manage all sales transactions purchased from Three A Light and Success Nutrients websites.
Monitor purchases from Paypal and transfer money to bank.
Create sales receipt in Quickbooks that matches paypal transaction.
Coordinate customer service with both Acme Distribution and Marketing team for product distribution.
Monitor customer tracking for all products shipped via Freight or Express shipments.
Troubleshoot issues for each order.
Manage all cultivation facilities orders, invoicing and accounts receivable.
Create order in Quickbooks and send invoice with correct billing cycle.
Create order in Acme for freight or Express delivery.
Send paypal payme for clients not ordering through online system and monitor payment.
Send tracking information to customer after order ships.
Monitor all net 30 invoices for timely payment
Manage collections for all past due invoices.
Assist all Cultivation team members with all requests and assist with processing expense reports.
Manage inventory for all retail items to include book, nutrients and promotional items.
Oversee and manage Acme Distribution for all nutrient shipments to include Freight and Express.

Position Objective:
We are seeking an energetic, fast moving and flexible Product Development Manager to own the entire Product Development Lifecycle. As Product Development Manager, you will develop the vision, strategy and roadmap playing a key role in growing company revenue. Using your experience in managing products, you will be required to build business cases ideating and supporting products that will delight and engage stakeholders and customers alike.
