Quadrate Construction is searching for a full-time onsite Superintendent supervise an exciting Multiple commercial / industrial projects in the metro Detroit area.

Typical projects are $1mil to $20mil with a construction schedule ranging from 90 to 300 days.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· 5+ years' related experience that include ground-up construction?

· Experience in the construction or building industry

· Record of dependability and excellent references. ?

· Self-sufficient and self-directed

· Ability to work with others and direct various subcontractors

· Demonstrate a record of successful project completion

· Ability to pivot and redirect trades to maintain schedule

· Agricultural / cannabis project experience. (not necessary)

MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE:

· Assist in Building and maintaining a construction schedule

· Enforcing a Safe Work Environment and Other Site Controls

· Managing day-to-day operations on-site

· Coordinate all trades and suppliers

· Organize and hold weekly progress meeting on site.

· Ability to communicate well with subcontractors and owner representatives

· Coordinating with Project Managers, Engineers, Building Owners, and City Officials

· Managing overall construction schedule to meet completion date

· Capable of Building Layout and Interpreting Construction Documents

· Basic Computer Skills and Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, outlook, Microsoft project, adobe)

· Daily Reporting and Logging of Site Activities

· Tracking of submittals

Complete projects on time at superior quality

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

This person will play an integral part within packaging, merchandise, print and digital design to assist bringing the brand to life. We are looking for someone up to date on trends, with a passion and eye for design.

The idea candidate will be able to record important events using camera, lighting, and audio equipment as well as create short promotional videos for the company for marketing purposes

To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show attention to detail. You must come prepared with your own equipment, and experience in graphic and motion graphic design is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce content for primary and secondary/promotional packaging
• Assist in content creation, retouching and sizing for Ecommerce, Social and Digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the team and have the ability to successfully bring concepts to fruition.
• Present content options at various stages of completion, making changes as necessary.
• Creates and designs original content materials that are aligned with the company vision.
• Advises on strategies to reach target audiences through assisting in the development of company message and brand.
• Evaluate, prepare and participate in online campaign for industry trade shows.
• Attend weekly meetings with company management to review performance and set up new goals

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and multi-task multiple projects
• Minimum of 2 years experience in social media marketing and campaign and graphic design.
• Superior interpersonal skills and effective communication skills, being able to build trust with people in a short period of time
• Must work collaboratively as a team member.
• Create and execute photo-realistic custom mock-ups for use across the organization
• Ensures that our creative outlook is cutting edge, quality and ahead of industry competitors, while staying true to our brand image.
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise across many different mediums (web, mobile, email, print).
• Extremely organized, with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
