Job Summary
This is an opportunity for a qualified facilities manager to join our diverse and fast-growing team. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Responsible for implementing Jushi’s maintenance system at the GPs
- Conduct daily reviews and ensure urgent corrective action to remedy all issues and deficiencies identified in our facilities nationally

The Role
The Maintenance Manager for Green Thumb Industries reports directly to the General Manager. As the Maintenance Manager, you will have full responsibility for the maintenance organization and all equipment, inclusive of production and facility. JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Manager
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance for the assigned facility which includes repairing and maintaining heating and cooling equipment. Manager, Facilities Maintenance
The Manager, Facilities and Maintenance provides leadership for the North Adams production facility by maintaining the highest level of Temescal Wellness standards of Safety, Automation, Security, Sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Hire, lead and supervise the work of the Facilities and Maintenance group.

Overview of Position

- Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty electrical switches; repairs refrigeration/freezer equipment
- May repair electrical locks and control panels to maintain building security or coordinate with security service company for work beyond his/her expertise

Job Summary
This is an opportunity for a qualified Facilities Manager to join our diverse and fast-growing team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee maintenance of all projects on the property. Prioritizes work and daily schedule for staff. Responsible for budgeting, soliciting bids for major repairs, purchases, or contracts including but not limited to the following:
- Exterior Painting, Parking Lot Repair/Restripe, Major Roof Repair, Exterior Carpentry Repairs, Cement Repairs, Siding Repairs, Landscaping, Interior Carpentry Repairs, Interior equipment Installation
- Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
- Testing and recommending new maintenance products
- Maintain and track vendor Certificates of Insurance, Contracts and Scope of Work.
- Inspect properties on a regular basis to ensure all repair work is done properly, safely, and in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings and seminars as requested. Keep abreast of new governmental regulations and restrictions concerning maintenance procedures and/or health, safety, and environment
- Provide leadership and/or assist leasing and management staff as necessary in emergency situations.
- Maintains Property Management software including, but not limited to, Inventory, Assets, Work Orders, Make Ready Board, Preventive Maintenance, Snow Log, and Purchase Ordering System
- Makes management-approved purchases of supplies, equipment and services utilizing the PO system established
- Establishes emergency maintenance on-call schedule
- Ensures that staff keep the workshops or utility room clean, orderly, and safe
- Participates and completes MSDS sheets for all chemical based products used or stored on site, as required.
- Provides role-model for janitorial/maintenance staff by following all company procedures and presenting an appearance appropriate to the image of the property
- Identifies present and future needs of property
- Meets all regulatory and legal guidelines for record keeping such as OSHA and PA Department of Health
- Additional duties and special projects as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversee personnel in Janitorial/maintenance department
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years full-time maintenance, or other related experience utilizing a work order based system

JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Manager
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance for the assigned facility which includes repairing and maintaining heating and cooling equipment. This role requires a balance of technical and mechanical skills and knowledge about HVAC systems, components, and generators. The MaintenanceManager is the coordinator and supervisor of the maintenance program and project maintenance personnel. This is a “hands-on” position which requires significant technical knowledge and skills; as well as leading a team of maintenance technicians.
Major duties/responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling of all maintenance and minor project work
- Maintains the buildings and building equipment, which includes HVAC, main electrical systems, air compressors, plumbing, water, security, and fire protection
- Supervises maintenance technicians by setting direction and priorities and manages outside contractors
- Negotiates annual contracts that involve the overall plant operation, such as cleaning services, snow removal and chemical waste disposal
- Ensures budget compliance for all maintenance related items
- Implement and follow regular maintenance schedules for lighting, fire prevention, security, HVAC including humidifier and dehumidifier equipment to keep systems working reliably, but also conduct emergency service as needed
- Maintain neat, well-organized shop with an inventory of common supplies and parts
- Ensure maintenance personnel comply with OSHA safety rules
- Performs other job-related tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Strong knowledge/experience managing maintenance through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance
Management System) preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and negotiate stairs and ladders easily
- Demonstrate ability to effectively respond and communicate to other team members
- Be a strong team player who can work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.

Role Overview
Grassroots Cannabis is looking for a Facilities and Maintenance Manager who can become an integral part of our organization and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate, able to beat deadlines and find answers when it appears there are none.
This role will work to oversee security, maintenance and services of the cultivation facility to ensure that the needs of the organization and its employees are met. The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting and scheduling facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs. This person should have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Role Responsibilities
- Learn the complete functionality of each piece of equipment and system in the facility
- Understand all controls within facility including security, HVAC, plumbing, electric, fertigation, Johnson Controls (Metasys) and CO2
- Troubleshoot issues with each piece of equipment and system in the building, including knowledge of shut off valves and controls associated with the process
- Oversee all capex projects as needed
- Insure scales remain calibrated per regulations
- Maintain workspace including proper organization of all tools and department supplies
- Learn the Johnson Controls- Metasys system and all alarms associated with such
- Properly understand maintenance requirements of each piece of equipment and system in the facility
- Oversee proper execution of maintenance contracts as needed with capable sub-contractors
- Oversee all facets of facility maintenance
- Procure all necessary supplies and equipment as directed
- Adhere to specific rules and regulations determined by the law and by the commission
- Work with various departments to insure entity remains 100% compliant
- Participate in strategic discussions about building, operations, execution, etc.
- Spearhead 5S organizational effectiveness program for organization
- Be available all times in case of emergency as it relates to the facility and the equipment
Role Requirements

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Facilities maintenance manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of an organization's facilities. The Facilities Manager is a hands-on leader who understands the importance of supporting ongoing operations throughout Jushi’s offices, dispensaries, cultivations and manufacturing facilities nationally. The role will champion a culture of a safe, clean and functional environments for all staff and customers. The manager handles all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention toward safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, preventative maintenance and conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements.
- Conducts daily reviews and ensures urgent corrective action to remedy all issues and deficiencies identified in our facilities nationally.
- Partners with all stakeholders, members and staff alike, to create an attractive and safe environment at all times.
- Works with National and Regional Operations team to ensure delivery of all internal standards for facility maintenance schedules and process
- Conducts regular maintenance inspections to ensure all equipment receives proper preventative maintenance on schedules created and or previously established by Jushi, standard best practices, and or manufacturers, retail and cultivation guidelines
- Plan, direct, manage and perform general maintenance and preventative maintenance for all areas of the property.

Optimize the established preventative maintenance program to ensure regular and efficient inspections of equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment as necessary to ensure proper use per manufactures specifications
- Assists in managing the physical facility including equipment, plumbing, water treatment, electrical, envelope, equipment and life safety systems
- Partners with housekeeping director to establish and manage an effective maintenance and cleaning program.
- Oversee and participates in all capital improvement projects as needed by the construction team.

Ensure all vendor contracts are properly reviewed, negotiated and executed to Jushi’s standards and, when necessary, flagged to the executive team
- Attends all required manager or company meetings as directed

- Holds Facilities team accountable for the timely completion and accurate communication of brand initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability and driving brand momentum.

This position will report to the President of Curaleaf AZ and will manage all facilities maintenance.
In this position you will establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement, and modifications of equipment or systems as needed or requested by the grow house team. Communicating with Grow house team members/Management, Facilities Maintenance and/or Project Managers regarding inspection/service findings is required.
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for assisting and learning end to end testing, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
- Oversee total of 3 team members at 2 different facilities
- Directly responsible for all facilities maintenance systems, including PM of all equipment and critical MEP infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the dispensaries and the plants.
- Set-up a Preventive Maintenance system and schedule for proactive system maintenance.
- Maintain relationships with facility vendors for service agreements and schedule repairs.

- Maintain an R&M (Repairs and Maintenance) budget.

Role Overview
Grassroots Cannabis is looking for a Facilities and Maintenance Manager who can become an integral part of our organization and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate, able to beat deadlines and find answers when it appears there are none.
This role will work to oversee security, maintenance and services of the cultivation facility to ensure that the needs of the organization and its employees are met. The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting and scheduling facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs. This person should have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Role Responsibilities
- Learn the complete functionality of each piece of equipment and system in the facility
- Understand all controls within facility including security, HVAC, plumbing, electric, fertigation, Johnson Controls (Metasys) and CO2
- Troubleshoot issues with each piece of equipment and system in the building, including knowledge of shut off valves and controls associated with the process
- Oversee all capex projects as needed
- Insure scales remain calibrated per regulations
- Maintain workspace including proper organization of all tools and department supplies
- Learn the Johnson Controls- Metasys system and all alarms associated with such
- Properly understand maintenance requirements of each piece of equipment and system in the facility
- Oversee proper execution of maintenance contracts as needed with capable sub-contractors
- Oversee all facets of facility maintenance
- Procure all necessary supplies and equipment as directed
- Adhere to specific rules and regulations determined by the law and by the commission
- Work with various departments to insure entity remains 100% compliant
- Participate in strategic discussions about building, operations, execution, etc.
- Spearhead 5S organizational effectiveness program for organization
- Be available all times in case of emergency as it relates to the facility and the equipment
