LRP Purchasing Agent Job Summary -
The Purchasing Agent will collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and Operations Departments and is responsible for researching and purchasing products for resale to consumers at the wholesale level. This includes analyzing past buying trends, sales records, price, and quality of product to determine value and yield. This position will achieve maximum sales growth and account penetration within the assigned territory including making sales calls, demonstrating the product, generating proposals, meeting, or exceeding sales quotas, keeping track of customer orders/shipments, and developing lasting relationships with clients, while staying compliant with State and local laws, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience -
· Minimum of 1-year proven cannabis purchasing required.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience with retail Vendor Management is required; cannabis retail experience is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of customer relationship management experience is required.
· Knowledge and understanding of state and local cannabis laws and how they apply to the operations of Lazy River Products is required.
· Previous inventory experience is a plus.
· Experience with Leaf Logix, or other seed-to-sale POS experience is a plus.

Core Tasks and Responsibilities -
- Manages the sourcing and purchasing of wholesale cannabis products and accessorie to supplement the Company offerings, maintain menu variety, and ensure consistent availability of product.
- Establishes, maintains, and expands relationships with wholesale suppliers to supplement menus and ensure competitive offerings for consumers; troubleshoots issues with partners on quality, packaging and barcodes, and sales performance.
- Performs analysis of market trends and competitor offerings to inform product selection, pricing, and sales performance to maximize profitability through margin and revenue analysis; provides periodic reports to company stakeholders.
- Performs analysis of customer suggestions and purchasing patterns through feedback from Customers and Retail departments.
- Coordinates with wholesale partners to obtain up to date product information to inform Marketing and promotional initiatives, menu updates.
- Coordinates with the Training and Education Coordinator to create QSGs and other staff training materials.
- Stays abreast of regulatory changes that affect Retail sales as well as Product Manufacturing requirements related to packaging and outgoing wholesale products.
- Critical thinking, sound decision making, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
· Builds reports to enhance decision making at all levels of the organization. Reports will include best sellers, promotional expectations, and dispensary performance.

Trim Techncian Job Summary -
The Trim Technician is responsible for trimming and manicuring cannabis flower. Trim Technicians may also assist with topping, cloning, hanging, drying and curing. This zen-like profession requires a great deal of concentration and attention to detail.
Core Tasks and Responsibilities –
· By hand snip off each of the undesirable fan leaves and then precisely manicure the THC sugary resin coated leaves off of the bud, leaving behind a bud that is both appealing on the shelf and enjoyable to smoke.
· Trim each bud to cater to its characteristics.
· Prepare multiple cultivars each in their own way to ensure maximum quality.
· Know the difference between trimming buds that are tighter, more compact and middle-shaped as opposed to those which are not as dense and have many more fan leaves that need to be removed.
· Maintain or repair agricultural facilities, equipment, or tools to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
· Clean scissors with rubbing alcohol regularly to remove sticky substance.
· May be required to train new hires on best practices.
· Wear protective clothing or change into 'work clothing' that will be provided by the company while trimming.
· When needed, assist with harvesting, hanging, and drying.
· Perform general nursery duties, such as propagating standard varieties of plant materials, collecting, and germinating seeds, maintaining cuttings of plants, or controlling environmental conditions.

Inventory Associate - Job Description:
Job Summary -
The Inventory Associate will collaborate with the Retail GM, Marketing Coordinator and Wholesale Account Manager and is responsible for minimizing inventory shrinkage, overseeing the accuracy and frequency of inventory records while staying compliant with State and local laws, rules, and regulations as well as coordinating internal receiving of all incoming wholesale partner deliveries. The Inventory Associate operates with direct supervision from the General Manager.
Tasks and Responsibilities -
- Conduct inventory audits daily, weekly, and monthly while ensuring audits are done accurately and recorded appropriately.
- Receiving deliveries from wholesaler and import/receive into internal and State systems.
- Overseeing inventory levels of current stock in real-time and replenishing inventory when necessary.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory inconsistencies and discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor product expiration dates.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Coordinator, Retail GM, and Wholesale Account Manager to consistently communicate low threshold item availability.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of process and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Follow a Master Schedule of Production and Packaging inventory to ensure the shelf-life quality of all perishable stock items.
- Assist in the receiving of goods, stocking shelves and keeping inventory of all packaging.
- Maintain product compliance with CCC regulations and in-house policies.
- Stay current with all METRC, POS, and software updates as released.

Assistant General Manager Job Summary -
The Assistant General Manager (“AGM”) is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with state and local laws and standards set by Lazy River Products. The AGM provides support to the GM and Dispensary Team Leads, as well as performing and cross training all roles of Customer Service Representatives (“CSR”), which includes Checkout Associate, Floor Sales Associate, Guest Relations, and Order Fulfillment. The AGM support will include scheduling, training, policy and procedure updates, product information and updated all pertinent groups with industry news. The AGM is responsible for maintaining the dispensary sales floor, inventory management, assisting with ordering and receiving products, arranging deliveries, and maintaining facility compliance and cleanliness. The AGM must maintain a professional appearance, an organized work environment, and facility appearance. The AGM operates with direct supervision from the GM.

We are in need of CSR's to join our amazing retail work family! : )
This position is full-time, with a requirement of 5 shifts per week. CSR's will need to have at least 2 closing shifts (3:15pm - 10:30pm) per week, 1 of those closing shifts being on a Friday or Saturday night.
The Customer Service Representative ("CSR") must provide superior support, interaction, and educational guidance to LRP customers. The CSR will be cross trained to perform all roles of a LRP CSR which includes Checkout Associate, Floor Sales Associate, Guest Relations, Order Fulfillment. The CSR operates with direct supervision from the GM.
Tasks and Responsibilities –
- 1. Checkout Associate Core Responsibilities:
- Process cash and debit payments for in-store and online customer purchases, while ensuring all orders are properly secured and have POS receipt attached to or put inside of exit bag.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of cashier counter and personal workspaces.
- Follow LRP Cash Handling Policy and Procedures/counting POS drawer at end of shift.
- Educate customers on products they are purchasing and/or express interest in, strain information, options, methods, effectiveness for specific ailments and cultivation methods by providing educational materials and resources as needed.
- Maintain awareness of customer input and suggest changes to improve services or products.
- 2. Floor Sales Associate Core Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the dispensary.
- Engage, upsell, connect with customers.
- Ability to place order on tablet.
- Educate customers on products they are purchasing and/or express interest in, strain information, options, methods, effectiveness for specific ailments and cultivation methods by providing educational materials and resources as needed.
- Maintain awareness of customer input and suggest changes to improve services or products.
- 3. Guest Relations (“GR”) Core Responsibilities:
- Communicate with LRP personnel to maintain customer traffic flow, minimize wait times, and maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Check in customers by scanning government issued photo ID.
- Direct visitors or vendors to the appropriate entrance; (visitors or vendors must sign in the appropriate logbook, wear a visible guest badge, and be always accompanied by LRP personnel).
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Monitor surveillance cameras located in Guest Relations.
- Alert LRP personnel of curbside pickups.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of GR.
- Record specific customer requests on Guest Relations call log when applicable, and contacting that customer to communicate previous requests, if applicable.
- 4. Order Fulfillment Core Responsibilities:
- Package customer orders for curbside pickup, online orders, and in-store orders via Dutchie.
- Package customer orders while ensuring the correct quantities and product are placed in exit bag.
- Maintain quality and appearance of product by double checking for expired dates.
- Assist with notifying MOD of inventory levels to ensure accurate menu information.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of Fulfillment vault.
- Order Fulfillment may also include role of Curbside Core Responsibilities:
- Assist with Order Fulfillment duties between pickups.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and Dutchie tablet located in Fulfillment vault for any curbside arrivals.
- Greet customer at their vehicle and verify their government issued photo ID, then process debit transaction via card terminal. (If customer has cash, escort them inside to a Checkout Associate)
- Once debit transaction is approved, finish transaction on Curbside register located in the store.
- Ensure all orders are properly secured and have POS receipt attached to or put inside of exit bag then bring orders to customers’ vehicle.
- Follow LRP Cash Handling Policy and Procedures/counting Curbside drawer at end of shift.
- Other Core Responsibilities for overall CSR:
- Maintain knowledge of all LRP products and services, while adhering to CCC, state, and local laws.

Production Team Lead Job Description
Job Summary -
The Production Team Lead is responsible for supervising the Production department and coordinating in all efforts related to packaging bulk flower, assembling pre-rolls, and packaging all manufactured products. This individual shall be organized with the willingness to collaborate and work well with others while also showing the ability to multitask and lead by example. This is a highly compliance driven position and will require strict attention to detail while also meeting aggressive daily goals to deliver finished product to be available for sale. Additional duties performed include the weighing, packaging, and labeling of all products. This position reports directly to the Production Manager.
Tasks and Responsibilities -
- Directly supervise Production Associates.
- Evaluate incoming workflow to ensure efficient start-up, manufacturing pace and order change-over, while maintaining high quality
- Ensure effectiveness of all associates, with focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate with Production Manager, Wholesale account manager, Supervisors, Coordinators, Team Leads, and Associates to communicate priorities, quality requirements, through daily huddles and continuous interaction.
- Flexibility with working hours, to include pre & post-shift support.
- Evaluates the Production Associates’ performances to identify any strengths or weaknesses that need to be addressed by the department manager.
- Ensure all production reporting and transactions are complete and accurate.

Production Manager Job Description:
Job Summary -
The Production Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Lazy River Products production facility in accordance with State and local laws, regulations, and LRP standards. The Production Manager oversees production-based cannabis inventory audits, synchronizing Metrc & Leaflogix Inventory systems, assisting with affiliated and unaffiliated transfers, and managing non cannabis inventory for production. They also provide support for all packaging and processing employees including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. The Production Manager is responsible for the documentation and tracking of inventory control procedures and all production and packaging procedures.
In accordance with LRP Policy the Production Manager shall be a full-time employee of the production facility and shall participate in production center affairs which includes, but is not limited to, responsibility for the overall operation of the production facility as well as maintaining all files subject to audit or inspection by the Department.
Tasks and Responsibilities -

- Oversee the packaging and processing staff, facility schedules, production processes, inventory, and vendor relations.

- Maintain accurate records of all production activities including employee records, inventory records, deliveries and returns in accordance with the State and standards set by Lazy River Products.
- Ensure that employees properly document all required information throughout all production procedures.
- Audit record-keeping and implements measures as needed to ensure thorough documentation of all production activities.
- Maintaining COA/testing records file organization, Standard Inventory based Operating Procedures, inventory records, audit records, storage and transfer records.
- Maintaining physical and digital documents for each inventory audit;
- Overseeing that proper storing methods are being used, labeling, tracking, and reporting of all inventory discrepancies,
- Inventory Control and Management
- Plan and execute inventory control procedures for all production materials, supplies, and finished product.
- Manage production supplies by assessing and calculating inventory needs based on product orders and projections.

Job Summary -
The Customer Service Representative ("CSR") must provide superior support, interaction, and educational guidance to LRP customers. The CSR will be cross trained to perform all roles of a LRP CSR which includes Checkout Associate, Floor Sales Associate, Guest Relations, Order Fulfillment. The CSR operates with direct supervision from the GM.
Tasks and Responsibilities –
- 1. Checkout Associate Core Responsibilities:
- Process cash and debit payments for in-store and online customer purchases, while ensuring all orders are properly secured and have POS receipt attached to or put inside of exit bag.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of cashier counter and personal workspaces.
- Follow LRP Cash Handling Policy and Procedures/counting POS drawer at end of shift.
- Educate customers on products they are purchasing and/or express interest in, strain information, options, methods, effectiveness for specific ailments and cultivation methods by providing educational materials and resources as needed.
- Maintain awareness of customer input and suggest changes to improve services or products.
- 2. Floor Sales Associate Core Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the dispensary.
- Engage, upsell, connect with customers.
- Ability to place order on tablet.
- Educate customers on products they are purchasing and/or express interest in, strain information, options, methods, effectiveness for specific ailments and cultivation methods by providing educational materials and resources as needed.
- Maintain awareness of customer input and suggest changes to improve services or products.
- 3. Guest Relations (“GR”) Core Responsibilities:
- Communicate with LRP personnel to maintain customer traffic flow, minimize wait times, and maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Check in customers by scanning government issued photo ID.
- Direct visitors or vendors to the appropriate entrance; (visitors or vendors must sign in the appropriate logbook, wear a visible guest badge, and be always accompanied by LRP personnel).
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Monitor surveillance cameras located in Guest Relations.
- Alert LRP personnel of curbside pickups.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of GR.
- Record specific customer requests on Guest Relations call log when applicable, and contacting that customer to communicate previous requests, if applicable.
- 4. Order Fulfillment Core Responsibilities:
- Package customer orders for online orders, and in-store orders via Dutchie.
- Package customer orders while ensuring the correct quantities and product are placed in exit bag.
- Maintain quality and appearance of product by double checking for expired dates.
- Assist with notifying MOD of inventory levels to ensure accurate menu information.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of Fulfillment vault.
- Other Core Responsibilities for overall CSR:
- Maintain knowledge of all LRP products and services, while adhering to CCC, state, and local laws.
- Respond to and resolve customer requests, complaints, or compliments in person or on the phone, requesting supervisor support as needed.

Job Summary -
The Customer Service Representative ("CSR") must provide superior support, interaction, and educational guidance to LRP customers. The CSR will be cross trained to perform all roles of a LRP CSR which includes Checkout Associate, Floor Sales Associate, Guest Relations, Order Fulfillment. The CSR operates with direct supervision from the GM.
Tasks and Responsibilities –
- 1. Checkout Associate Core Responsibilities:
- Process cash and debit payments for in-store and online customer purchases, while ensuring all orders are properly secured and have POS receipt attached to or put inside of exit bag.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of cashier counter and personal workspaces.
- Follow LRP Cash Handling Policy and Procedures/counting POS drawer at end of shift.
- Educate customers on products they are purchasing and/or express interest in, strain information, options, methods, effectiveness for specific ailments and cultivation methods by providing educational materials and resources as needed.
- Maintain awareness of customer input and suggest changes to improve services or products.
- 2. Floor Sales Associate Core Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the dispensary.
- Engage, upsell, connect with customers.
- Ability to place order on tablet.
- Educate customers on products they are purchasing and/or express interest in, strain information, options, methods, effectiveness for specific ailments and cultivation methods by providing educational materials and resources as needed.
- Maintain awareness of customer input and suggest changes to improve services or products.
- 3. Guest Relations (“GR”) Core Responsibilities:
- Communicate with LRP personnel to maintain customer traffic flow, minimize wait times, and maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Check in customers by scanning government issued photo ID.
- Direct visitors or vendors to the appropriate entrance; (visitors or vendors must sign in the appropriate logbook, wear a visible guest badge, and be always accompanied by LRP personnel).
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Monitor surveillance cameras located in Guest Relations.
- Alert LRP personnel of curbside pickups.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of GR.
- Record specific customer requests on Guest Relations call log when applicable, and contacting that customer to communicate previous requests, if applicable.
- 4. Order Fulfillment Core Responsibilities:
- Package customer orders for curbside pickup, online orders, and in-store orders via Dutchie.
- Package customer orders while ensuring the correct quantities and product are placed in exit bag.
- Maintain quality and appearance of product by double checking for expired dates.
- Assist with notifying MOD of inventory levels to ensure accurate menu information.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of Fulfillment vault.
- Other Core Responsibilities for overall CSR:
- Maintain knowledge of all LRP products and services, while adhering to CCC, state, and local laws.
- Respond to and resolve customer requests, complaints, or compliments in person or on the phone, requesting supervisor support as needed.
- Maintain organization and appearance of dispensary, by daily upkeep and light cleaning, as well as daily COVID sanitizations of all surfaces included on LRP COVID-19 Workplace Safety Policy.
- Assist with opening, shift swap, and close of business procedures.

Trim and manicure marijuana plants. This zen-like profession requires a great deal of concentration and attention to detail.
Core Tasks and Responsibilities –
· By hand snip off each of the undesirable fan leaves and then precisely manicure the THC sugary resin coated leaves off of the bud, leaving behind a bud that is both appealing on the shelf and enjoyable to smoke.
· Trim each bud to cater to its characteristics.
· Prepare multiple cultivars each in their own way to ensure maximum quality.
· Know the difference between trimming buds that are tighter, more compact and middle-shaped as opposed to those which are not as dense and have many more fan leaves that need to be removed.
· Maintain or repair agricultural facilities, equipment, or tools to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
· Clean scissors with rubbing alcohol regularly to remove sticky substance.
· May be required to train new hires on best practices.
· Wear protective clothing or change into 'work clothing' that will be provided by the company while trimming.
· When needed, assist with harvesting, hanging, and drying.
· Perform general nursery duties, such as propagating standard varieties of plant materials, collecting, and germinating seeds, maintaining cuttings of plants, or controlling environmental conditions.

Job Summary -
The Packaging Associate is responsible for supporting and assisting in all efforts related to packaging bulk flower, assembling pre-rolls, and packaging all manufactured products. POSITION SUMMARY
The HR/Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting in managing the Companies growth. There will be a wide range of tasks involved from keeping the office organized to assisting with onboarding employees, payroll and managing aspects of the employee portal. This individual must be a people person, patient, kind and able to work well with others.
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
- Processing mail and organizing AR/AP
- Scan and fax invoices and receipts
- Responsible for new hire and renewal of agent registration forms, creating and organizing files.
- Assist with vendor relations for new store/building opening
- Ordering and maintenance of office supplies
- Help to provide general HR support for staff.
- Help to administer benefits programs such as health and dental insurance, vacation, time off, sick leave.
