Job description: A manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all operations of the Museum run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Hotels, restaurants or even privately owned organization may employ managers of this caliber. They are in charge of providing quality service, overseeing Marketing and event preparations, as well as supervising staff.
Duties
A Museum manager coordinates with HR manager regarding recruitment needs, assists in interviewing, hiring, training and firing staff, hold regular meetings with staff, and communicates with an assistant manager about assigned tasks and responsibilities as well as sales targets. The manager also informs staff about unavailable products and services, maintains and implements work procedures to ensure efficiency, orders supplies when necessary and perform cash-up procedures after every shift. Museum managers also update staff members regarding new laws and regulations relevant to business needs, monitor daily stocks, perform price checks; review inventory; implement and control all private event procedures and practices; handle waste disposal; and established a physical presence at the Museum on and off-site.
Education and Training Requirements
A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement of a manager. Those with several years of experience working in a Museum or establishment are what most employers prefer. Management and supervisory experience may also serve as an advantage. Some prestigious museums or organizations may require managers to possess a degree in hospitality management, African American Studies, Business Administration or the completion of a vocational course in a similar field.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Providing excellent customer service skills should be the heart of a manager. He or she must also possess strong interpersonal skills and communication skills. He must possess leadership skills in order to be an efficient manager. Basic computer skills are also necessary. He or she must be willing to be part of a team as well as be comfortable working alone. Most importantly, the manager should be at least 21 years old who maintains a clean and presentable appearance at work.
Working Conditions
Managers work a standard 40 hours a week. Their work schedules are usually during night and weekends. Handling inventory may require some heavy lifting and carrying as needed. They are often on their feet ensuring all operations are working properly and efficiently inside the Museum. They also engage in friendly conversations all throughout their shift. Managers who work in Museum may be exposed to extreme levels of music and noise due to private events on and off site, but for the most may be a more sophisticated and relaxing environment for a manager.

Job Summary:
The Procurement Specialist will analyze costs, negotiate contract details, and offer strategies and solutions to help our company better manage cost on supplies and vendor services. Additional duties include managing inventory, tracking orders, resolving issues concerning price disputes, and making bids for vendors services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company's supply chain, which includes ordering and receiving for all areas of the business, including but not limited to facilities, cultivation, agronomy, manufacturing, packaging, marketing, sales, and administration.
- Maintains the procurement process (invoice, purchase order, and receipt), which includes handling physical receiving of purchase orders, inventory purchase orders, and verify what is received against the PO by physically inspecting box contents.
- Delivers high level customer service to maintain current supplier relationships and the development of new supplier relationships.
- Assist in facilitating the negotiation of supply terms, including (but not limited to) price, payment terms, quantity, quality, and deadlines.
- Maintain supply chain data, worksheets, and reporting, which allows the tracking of orders, delivery dates, costs, adequate inventory levels (min/max), variance analysis, consumption trends, and ensures timely delivery.
- Ensures supply chain compliance and report noncompliance to Executive Leadership.
- Support department leaders to understand details and requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define business requirements, understand cost drivers, and develop strategies to optimize spend.
- Assists business leaders to monitor and maintain all financial records to ensure budget and financial objectives are achieved.
- Assist in end-of-month details that include physical count of inventory.
- Perform full monthly inventory audits.
- Reviews and resolves invoice discrepancies and accruals.
- Ad hoc reporting as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the overall quality and safety of Medical Cannabis products and monitoring the processes and procedures in the medical cannabis manufacturing operation. They are required to follow set processes and ensure adherence to state regulations, SOPs, work instructions (WI), and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and other product quality standards.
Responsibilities
Perform Quality Control inspections on Products, Equipment and procedures. Ensure package integrity and accuracy
Responsible for monitoring product cannabis safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process
Ensure all cannabis and cannabis containing products produced at the facility are properly tested in accordance with company procedures and guidelines, at appropriate frequencies, and meet specifications prior to release.
Responsible for performing verification on equipment and other areas required
Responsible for ensuring the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation completed by staff
Ensures the correct guidelines for production are followed during operations
Ensures employees are following all SOPs, Work Instructions and worker safety practices
Ensure the facility follows applicable Quality Management directives such as SOP s, manuals, policies and procedures, work instructions, etc.
Instructs employees on Quality Improvements and Issues
Supports Quality Manager
Operates a qPCR machine and has microbiology experience/education
Compliance Interactions
QA assists in aligning the company with all state, federal and 3rd party requirements. Compliance will work with QA to ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies and third-party audits.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; must be at least 21 years old
2 years minimum employment experience in a manufacturing/quality control setting
Experience with record keeping/internal auditing
Ability to follow existing inventory/inspection procedures accurately
Working knowledge of general computer operation and competency with Microsoft Office Products
Experience operating in a quality-centric setting (Medical/Manufacturing/Microbiology/Health related industries)
Good writing/reading/arithmetic skills
Basic physical ability to walk back and forth across facility and lift/move up to 50lbs if necessary
Self-motivated with proven leadership skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills for multitasking and interacting with team members
