Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for increasing sales velocity through the register by building brand equity and trial with consumers.
- Execute and accomplish sales objectives for each account and for each sales call that are consistent with customer needs and company values resulting in revenue growth & increased market share.
- Responsible for building positive, credible, relationships with your accounts including, but not limited to, Budtenders and General Managers.
- Discover and identify customer business growth needs through consistent consultation.
- Responsible for managing a territory of around 25 accounts.
- Develop positive customer relations by calling all assigned accounts on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities documented in CRM (Proof).
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship issues.
- Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
- Prepare professional sales training and educations for each account tailored to the needs of the customer.
- Recommend price promotions where necessary to increase sales velocity.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate account records and well-organized inventories of information and supplies needed to support sales activities with all assigned customers.
- Conduct samplings for dispensary staff and patients to familiarize them with our products.
- Engage in other sales-related and educational activities as directed.

What you?ll be doing:
As a member of the processing team you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of product and appearance, and preparation for distribution of our products
As the label clerk:
Responsibilities:
Create the labeling content for current and new product introductions.
Research and interpret labeling regulations, standards, and guidance.
Assist in providing labeling guidance and actively participate/collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Assists in continuous improvement to the labeling process.
Support the Production team by updating and creating product labels as they come up for reprint or implementation of changes on all market labels.
Working with the planning department to meet appropriate label print deadlines.
Assisting in routing new and updated labels for approval.
Working with Marketing to ensure new designs and label formats are followed.
Editing and proofreading label changes/updates.
Perfecting templates for printing.
Working closely with print vendors to ensure the quality of labels through soft and hard proofs.
Working closely with procurement to ensure that the proper versions of labels are ordered.
Qualifications:
Proficiency computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
Knowledge of multiple printer types (Zebra, Epson, Etc.), label formats and formatting, barcode software, label media, etc.
Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures.
Strong organization skills, able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and in a team environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems.

What You'll Be Doing
As the METRC Technician you will responsible for entering accurate track and trace records. You will follow detailed SOPs to ensure the accuracy of the cannabis inventory. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment focused on production and process. You understand and can work with inventory tracking software, ERP systems, METRC tracking software, and 3rd party integration with track and trace software.
As the METRC Technician, You Will
- Lead department duties as they relate to the METRC track and trace compliance, including data entry, records maintenance, and basic reporting
- Assist in weighing and cycle counting inventory
- Assist in identifying and solving physical or electronic inventory discrepancies
- Support management in additional duties as requested
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Meet all department KPI's
- Uphold all company SOPs
- Take part in overall facility cleanliness
Your Desired Experience and Skills Include
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years’ experience in medical cannabis industry or other healthcare organizations
- Ability to perform inventory control and audits
- Ability to adapt to frequently changing state and local regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and effective communication skills
- Able to work well independently and on a team
- Must be able to work with ERP systems and their integration with METRC

- Maintenance and cleanliness of trim room and workspace.

- Apply labels to jars and boxes
- Assemble packaging
- Weigh and package flower in jars
- Spot mold, mildew, and sub-par flower
- Complete box kits and hit daily targets
- Update inventory records
- Report any inaccuracies from product specifications immediately to the Lead Supervisor

- Maintaining all feeding, watering and pH logs, reporting any discrepancies or problems immediately
- Checking plants daily for evidence of mold or pests and report any findings
- Documenting daily cultivation activities and reporting concerns
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Cleaning, sterilizing and maintaining cultivation facility, including some janitorial tasks
