Part-Time Office Administrator for Cannabis HUB and Partnership programs
The Head Office administrator directs traffic for He/she will also coordinate community events and develop relationships with leaders in the local market, encouraging partnerships through offering facility usage and programmatic opportunities. Major Duties (essential functions)
- Database Management: Maintain databases and track data using a variety of systems, from Excel, to Word, and use data to send out mail, merge documents, create labels, and run generic reports.
- Public Relations: Basic site updates: Respond to general email inquiries and update the calendar with upcoming events.
- Administrative Support and Coordination: Organize work files and information for meetings including minutes. Take notes at meetings as needed, set up files for sponsored events, make name tags, set up catering, and space reservations
- Lead the front office staff with clerical tasks including ordering items for different programs and providing assistance to directors and coordinators
- Outgoing mail and faxes. Complete tasks by using basic office machines, such as computers, copiers, and calculators.
- Reach out to community partners to host an event or meeting twice per quarter in the Columbus building
- Organizes all databases and maintains records for easy and efficient access
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years, professional responsibility for program management
- Skilled with online CRM databases, a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact effectively and collaboratively with diverse constituencies including instructional faculty and across a wide- variety of socio-economic, racial-ethnic, and religious backgrounds, and nationalities

Cleveland Campus, Columbus Campus, Online Distance Learning*Job DescriptionThe Cleveland School of Cannabis is looking for instructors to teach in the Cannabis Horticulture Program, classes include horticulture, cannabis cultivation, commercial cultivation plus elective industrial hemp comprehensive. CSC is looking to add instructors to Cleveland Campus, Columbus Campus, and Online Distance Learning.
The courses descriptions are the following:
(CUL101) CANNABIS CULTIVATION (25 Clock Hours) The purpose of this course is to teach students how to cultivate medical-grade cannabis. This includes different methods of cultivation and how to use them effectively. Videos and live streaming will be used often in this course to enhance learning.
(CUL201) COMMERCIAL CULTIVATION OPERATIONS (25 Clock Hours) This course is designed to teach students the skills necessary to operate a large scale commercial cannabis cultivation operation. This course looks at cannabis cultivation from the perspective of management and operations instead of gardening.
(HOR101) INTRODUCTION TO HORTICULTURE (25 Clock Hours) The purpose of this course is to develop a beginner’s understanding of horticulture and plant life diversity. This course will cover the basic science of plant diversity, growth, the science of propagation and production, and how to apply these basics to the growth and propagation of cannabis.
(INH101) INDUSTRIAL HEMP COMPREHENSIVE (25 Clock Hours) This course covers the basics of industrial hemp cultivation and processing. Students will learn how industrial hemp is cultivated for flower, as well as fiber and seed. Students will also learn about bioremediation. The course will examine the different methods of processing industrial hemp and the types of products that can be made from industrial hemp. Students will consider the history and future of the industrial hemp market and familiarize themselves with industrial hemp law and policy around the world.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver instruction and facilitate the learning of students.

The Registrar is responsible for the maintenance of all academic records for the entire student population in an organized, logical and methodical manner. Position Description:
The Career Services Representative (CSR) is key in developing relationships between CSC, its students, graduates, and employers within the cannabis industry. The CSR is responsible for the career development of students, including resume writing assistance, identifying job openings, and proving interview preparation, as well as the placement of graduates who have completed programs at Cleveland School of Cannabis. The CSR tracks the placement rates and manages placement documentation and third-party verification.
The CSR reports to the Campus Director in coordination with the Career Service Director
