- Connect with prospective students aggressively and consistently in person, virtually, and by telephone
- Conduct follow up activities such as phone call campaigns and leer wring
- Remain in compliance in Admissions policies and procedures while enrolling students
- Track recruiting activity and productivity reports as required
- Represent the school at career fairs, job fairs, and other similar activities
- Work with Admissions team to create on-campus and/or off-campus recruiting events
- Represent the school at career fairs, job fairs, and other similar events
- Maintain confidentiality of student, staff, and all business records and related information
- Other dues as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- Familiarity with secondary education recruiting activities
- Understand recruiting principles, methodology and practices
