General Purpose
The position of the Inventory Agent is to maintain and secure cannabis and non-cannabis inventory while strictly adhering to state and local regulations and law. Inventory Agents assist with receiving orders, quality control, inventory audits, etc. The Inventory Agent is responsible for the accuracy, organization and attention to detail involving all cannabis and non-cannabis products.
Responsibilities

- Maintains appropriate grooming and uniform standards
- Verify cannabis product batch weights and manage daily/monthly product counts within the company’s inventory system and Metrc;
- Ensuring that all products being replenished to the sales floor have been properly labeled with the appropriate barcode, and are accounted for within the company’s inventory system and Metrc;
- Be the voice of The Sanctuary Dispensaries and accurately and professionally represent our core values and morals
- Keep any relevant logs up to date and compliant with local and state regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Helps support other facility employees and staff by performing other tasks as apparent or as delegated by MOD.

General Purpose
The position of the Security Guard (unarmed) is to provide and maintain a safe and secure environment at The Sanctuary Dispensaries. Guards patrol, perform access control and investigate disturbances within the facilities. Guards will also assist in monitoring surveillance or alarm systems.

Assistant Store Manager Role and Responsibilities
- Acts with integrity and honesty while actively promoting the culture and values of the company;
- Supervise store accounting, cash and recordkeeping. This includes, deposits, banking and checking, cash inflow and outflows, manage accounts payables and purchases, and sales.
- Train, develop and supervise staff including hiring and termination, ongoing training and discipline, scheduling and timecards, employee records and updating policies and procedures as necessary. This includes scheduling and managing employee work hours, payroll, vacation requests and store hours; Conducting and overseeing the training of all new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees; Motivating employees to meet and exceed sales and performance goals; and administering employee evaluations.
- Manage Inventory including adhering to policies and producers with respect to loss prevention, ensuring data entry into POS/Inventory system, and physical inventory count.
- Coordinate with Corporate Managers regarding legal, labor, tax and other reporting requirements including State, Board of Equalization, City and IRS filings which includes month and yearly tax reporting and payments and renewal of Business Registration and Permits. This includes attending public hearings for permit renewals, implementation of new city and or state regulations.

Job Title: Receptionist
Reports to: General Manager, Assistant Managers
Position Summary:
As a Receptionist, you will be the face for the company. Our Receptionist are responsible for greeting, checking in guests, providing customer service telephone and updating menu. In order to be successful in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees and practice proper phone etiquette. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for interfacing with people on a day to day basis that will have a "host" mentality for all guests entering the dispensary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and thank guests as they enter and leave the dispensary, ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Customer and patient intake
- Answering phone
- Updating menu
- Communicating any issues, comments, and/or concerns from customers to shift leads and management
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to accurately input and access information in the POS system.
- Must be comfortable with data entry
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong understanding of phone etiquette
- Must be a hands-on, proactive self-starter
- Must be comfortable learning new skills
- Must be vigilant in monitoring the entire delivery process
- Must provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to meet and uphold all of The Sanctuary standards
- Preferred (not required) work experience as host, receptionist, dispatcher or other related customer service positions

- Organization skills to keep accurate records.
