We are seeking self-starters eager to open doors and close deals as we expand from our California home into new markets across the US.
As a Lemon Tree sales executive you will be among the first team members bringing one of the original cannabis brands to audiences across the world. We are growing fast and want you to be an integral part of our story. We will teach you the brand and business, while giving you the training necessary to get new deals done.
JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and outgoing.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the smoke shop/specialty retail industry is preferred, however if you are upbeat and ready to close, we want to speak with you
- Previous experience with client management including CRM systems.
- Willing and receptive to training and personal development.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Must have personal auto and ability to visit retail locations in given territory.
- Provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States.
JOB PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
- Able to periodically bend, reach, and squat.
- Able to physically lift at least 50 lbs.
Compensation: Commission on all sales closed

Pay: $40,279.00 - $149,086.00 per year
