Cultivation Technician
We are looking for a Cultivation Technician who will provide daily care of medical marijuana plants from planting to harvest, and from harvest to drying and processing of the plants for shipment to the processing facility. During the cultivation season, the Cultivation Technician will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes pruning, trimming, watering, and providing nutrients. The Cultivation Technician will assist with harvesting the plants and processing the plants through the hanging, curing, and packaging of the plants. Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company's operating procedures and compliance with state regulations are essential for this position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Daily care of medical marijuana plants, including watering, pruning, and trimming, and inspecting the plants.
- Fertilizing and providing nutrients to the plants according to cultivation protocols set forth by the Lead Grower.
- Careful monitoring of the plants for any signs of growing issues or problems; treatment for disease or infestation.
- Assist with de-leafing and harvesting the medical marijuana plants, including hanging, curing, and drying the plants.
- Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery; disposal of waste according to strict compliance guidelines.
- Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process.
- Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Carefully follow directions as provided by the Lead Grower.
- Willingness to continue to learn best practices of medical marijuana cultivation with a strong interest in horticulture, agriculture, and greenhouse operating systems.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong desire to work in cultivation or agriculture and a willingness to quickly learn about growing and harvesting quality medical marijuana plants.
- Must have full-time open availability for scheduling.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills; team player.
- Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively within a diverse, multicultural, multigenerational environment.
- Valid identification is required for employment paperwork.
- Must be 18+ with no violent crime or controlled substance felonies and able to pass an additional background screening.

Cultivation Sales Director
We are seeking a Sales Manager for this ground-floor opportunity in the Oklahoma marketplace. This position requires someone with a sales background, who is looking for a great job in the cannabis industry. The Sales Director will help launch and expand our reach in Oklahoma.
Responsibilities Include:
- Able to partner with cultivation to spearhead new product launches or line extensions.
- Help sell the product to meet the company's budget and revenue plan.
- Work with Cultivation Manager to understand output requirements, order products, resolve issues with orders, and help ensure ongoing strong customer satisfaction with products produced in the facility.
- Must be passionate about the Cannabis industry, willing to work hard, be self autonomous and willing to consistently meet, deliver and sell to a wide range of Dispensaries.
- The Director of Sales is responsible for opening and servicing new accounts.
- This position will play a key role in overseeing new business development and managing client relationships.
- Develop product promotions.
- Provide regular analysis of territory data: growth, expansion, changes in market, etc.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in business, finance, marketing or related field with a concentration in Sales and Marketing preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Cannabis Trimmer
We are looking for Cannabis trimmers for our medical marijuana Grow located in Oklahoma City, OK. We are searching for passionate and motivated individuals for our fast-paced medical cannabis business. We are looking for an individual who is responsible for performing work related to defoliation trimming and harvesting trimming.
Responsibilities Include:
- Using sterilized scissors or shears to trim remaining fan leaves from the plant to separate medical marijuana flower from medical marijuana tight trim.
- Weigh final waste, medical marijuana bud weight, and medical marijuana tight trim weight and record in the inventory management system.
- Prep trimmed plant material for the ongoing quality control process, including drying and curing.
- Assist the cultivation team, when needed, with pruning live cannabis plants in the flowering cycle to encourage better growth.
- Perform all tasks associated with de-stemming and trimming as instructed.
