Job Summary:
The metrc compliance are responsible for establishing and maintaining a clear line of compliance-based data and communication through the chain of command. Monitor incoming orders and issue outbound transports to customers. They assess compliance related material such as package tags and make necessary updates to ensure facility compliance. The role will involve extensive tracking and tracing of inventory related. This process will be critical to the daily functions of the cultivation operation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Creating packages and inbound and outbound orders.
- Fluency in building management / track and trace systems, cannabis production management software
- Assists others as part of a team to accomplish daily orders by supervisor.
- Perform all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner

Required Skills/Abilities:
- This position requires a great deal of sitting, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks
- Close visual focus required
- This position requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers to cut/manipulate small objects
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times with or without assistance
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
- Requires strong technical skills and familiarity with computer software
Education and Experience:
- High school or equivalent.
- 1+ years cultivation Compliance experience preferred

- Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments

Driver/Packager
Job description
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Driver/packager for a contracted client to deliver cannabis products to our customers in the Northern/Southern California region. The successful candidate will have excellent time management and will be comfortable with driving throughout the day. This job will also include some packaging experience. As part of the team, the qualified individual will be an important part in the development of our fast-growing operation.
Fulltime: $18-$25 DOE
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate with (Distro Manager) and Sales Support regarding daily deliveries/payment pickups.
- Help foster positive customer relationships via a friendly and upbeat manner
- Load (and offload) cannabis products in company vehicle in a safe, compliant, and timely manner.
- Complete necessary deliveries to customers throughout Northern California and Southern California while maintaining scheduled appointments
- Confirm order accuracy with customers and verify order is consistent with manifest/invoice
- Responsible for collecting accurate payments including labeling and sealing money bags correctly (and dropping off monies to the distribution Center daily)
- Handle materials (lifting 50-55 lbs.)
- Create efficient driving routes
- Miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by the (Distribution Manager)
- Provide top tier customer service, explaining company policies, help promote initiatives and information gathering from the retailer while onsite to help make deliveries more successful.
- Be knowledgeable about all contracted client's products.
- Relate all relevant feedback from Retailers to management for improvements to efficiencies and customer experience
- Support daily loading of all orders for delivery on your route
- Work with Distribution manager to ensure client’s product pickups and deliveries are seamless
- Take care of products during transit to ensure zero damage and remain compliant
- Help picking and packing cannabis products for sales orders ready for shipment from the distribution center.

- Create load plans for staging packed sales orders within transport vehicles.

The Inventory Supervisor is the backbone of our retail operations, this person is responsible for overall health of inventory, driving accuracy, utilizing industry standards, following rigid compliance guidelines, best practices and inventory techniques to manage and control inventory flow. The Inventory Manager's main duties are ordering, processing and reconciling inventory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversees and reports cycle counts of assigned inventory lots and locations.
- Subject matter expert for use of internal and external facing systems; Florish, METRC, Excel Reports.
- Creates/maintains Inventory Logs to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity.
- Leads the review and fixing of any inventory issues and controls the proper documentation for resolution.
- Implements/creates procedures to prevent errors.
- Drives a high performing team to ensure all products are in proper locations.
- Reviews and approves inventory adjustments according to company and regulation policy .
- Investigates discrepancies in inventory and leads corrective action and files corrective action reports.
