Calling all passionate Cannabis professionals!
We are a licensed manufacturer, distributor, and cultivator in California looking to grow and expand our relationships with licensed retailers and need to expand our family to do so. We are looking for like-minded enthusiastic cannabis professionals to grow our partnership base in California. If you have great relationships in the market and understand the importance of servicing and supporting our partners above the norm, we would love to add you to the team. We are growing fast and want to keep the momentum rolling. If you’re looking to add to your existing offerings or ready to make a change, let's discuss the opportunity.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets and KPIs.
- Consistent hunting and opening of new accounts within the designated areas.
- Weekly shop visits to new and existing dispensaries.
- Quotas to include sales dollar volume, new accounts, and brand placement.
- Promote product placement and support sell-through.
- CRM knowledge and participation are a must.
- Weekly reporting.
- Must be willing to travel up to 70%, must have your own reliable transportation.
- Collaborate with the executive team on all aspects of the industry and ideas. (this is an important piece)Stay current with industry trends to identify new opportunities for company growth.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing a strong and consistent pipeline while surpassing sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and in a positive “Go get them attitude!”
- Strategic thinker and problem solver.
- Must be a people and relationship person.
- Watch and report sales trends as they affect the company’s brands.
- Attend weekly meetings and conference calls.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Existing relationships with owners and decision-makers of licensed dispensaries and/or connections to buyers in the industry preferred.
