Job Description: (Seasonal position for Oct and Nov) The Post-Harvest Trimming and Packaging Technician is responsible for assisting the managers in the day-to-day functions of the packaging, trimming, and harvesting areas, as well as storing finished product, in accordance with all applicable state regulations.
Technicians will be asked to primarily care for plants, trim buds, weigh and package the finished product (in any form), as well as the handling of finished plants during harvest, and the proper disposal of waste. Technicians will also participate in the quality control process, labeling certain strains, batches, and attaching the state required numeric values to certain packaging.
Management reserves the right to assign other job duties as necessary. Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure accurate weighing & packaging of cannabis flower, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and company procedures and policies.
- Ensure and maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
