JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Supervisor assists with the day-to-day operations of dispensary (retail store) and provides support for the management team. This position is responsible for maintaining best-in-class customer service while ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and company standards. The Dispensary Supervisor will set the standard for performance and keeping associates motivated. The role requires excellent leadership qualities and gain and understanding of dispensary inventory and products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide best-in-class customer service to customers
- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and strains in the store as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and train and share that knowledge with other members of the team
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Assistant Manager and General Manager
- Assist all Dispensary Associates in the consultation of all customers to ensure that the employee is informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect customers differently
- Complete and appropriately delegate tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:
- Correct cash handling
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Accurate and timely data entry in both the POS system and inventory tracking system
- Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
- Ensure adherence with security measures and safety compliance
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store
- Management of visitor log
- End-of-day daily update emails
- Ensure accuracy with the vault
- Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations
- Daily activities, maintenance, and data collection for any reported issues and/or complaints
- Open and closing procedures
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff in partnership with the management team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Cannabis experience required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong retail math skills required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2+ year in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic

The Security Team adhere to all requirements relating to the security of ARL Healthcare facilities and safety of the ARL employees, patients and general public visiting the dispensary and/or cultivation facility. Perform interior/exterior patrols according to SOPs, including: checking/monitoring cameras, ensuring employees follow security protocols, and monitoring front gate for entering/exiting staff, contractors, and visitors and any suspicious activity. Completing proper documentation for all visitors and escorting visitors, contractors, vendors in Limited Access Areas. Manage security systems and alarms, including: drafting incident reports, completing the daily shift log documenting all activities and irregularities, following all SOPs in regards to alarm activations, to include making timely notifications to the appropriate local Police and Fire Departments and executive management. Following all protocols, procedures relative to the protection of property and personnel, and assist with securing, storage, disposal and transport of medical and adult-use cannabis to ensure strict compliance with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (“CCC”) regulations. Conduct other administrative security related responsibilities and duties as needed.

JOB SUMMARY

Cannabis cultivation facility located in New Bedford is looking to expand our Security Team. The Security Team adhere to all requirements relating to the security of ARL Healthcare facilities and safety of the ARL employees, patients and general public visiting the dispensary and/or cultivation facility. Perform interior/exterior patrols according to SOPs, including: checking/monitoring cameras, ensuring employees follow security protocols, and monitoring front gate for entering/exiting staff, contractors, and visitors and any suspicious activity. Completing proper documentation for all visitors and escorting visitors, contractors, vendors in Limited Access Areas. Manage security systems and alarms, including: drafting incident reports, completing the daily shift log documenting all activities and irregularities, following all SOPs in regards to alarm activations, to include making timely notifications to the appropriate local Police and Fire Departments and executive management. Following all protocols, procedures relative to the protection of property and personnel, and assist with securing, storage, disposal and transport of medical and adult-use cannabis to ensure strict compliance with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (“CCC”) regulations. We are seeking a machinist, who will primarily be responsible for fabrication of parts for our fleet of Betty’s Eddies model K wrappers as well as as-needed fabrication of any other requisite parts for other equipment in our facilities. This role will also coordinate with our mechanic(s) on an as-needed basis to problem solve broken equipment repairs. Knowledge of and compliance with state and federal occupational safety and hazard regulations for the maintenance, repair, and operation of buildings, grow rooms, irrigation systems and grounds of facilities are a plus. OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Site Quality Director for our East Region. The position would be based out of Massachusetts and would report directly to the VP of Quality. As the Site Quality Director, you will be responsible for overseeing quality-related activities at the facilities across the Eastern Region including (MA, MD, PA, and NY). Associated quality activities involve sampling and inspection of finished products, customer complaints, product investigations, and Corrective and Prevention Action (CAPA) plans. Product families include cannabis flower, cannabis oil, manufacturing infused products (lotion, capsules, vape pens/cartridges, transdermal patches), and food products (chocolate, gummies, cookies). This position will be responsible for ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency. You will also lead efforts to identify potential quality risks and working with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, managing teams and driving performance, be a strong communicator, have a breadth of quality experience, and ability to work within a highly regulated industry.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for management of all site QA managers in multiple states.
- Serve as escalation point for site quality issues with respect to the following activities:
- Finished product sampling and inspection
- Equipment and product line clearances
- Product complaints and investigations
- CAPA
- Nonconformances and deviations
- Product withdrawals, recalls
- Internal and external audits.
- Review and approve critical customer complaints and product investigations, helping to assess risk, identify root cause, CAPA plans, and implementing solutions with business partners.
- Work with quality subject matter experts to generate ideas for projects and process improvements.
- Ensure sites are utilizing approved controlled documents, completing training on-time.
- Discuss issues and concerns directly with operations management and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with operational functions to troubleshoot manufacturing and production defects, CAPA, and customer complaints. Provide advice with process improvements to eliminate errors and reduce risk.
- Consolidate technical information from operations and manufacturing personnel and prepares written investigation and CAPA reports which may be provided to state regulators. Discuss quality-related issues with state regulators, as needed.
- Monitor compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) schemes such as British Retail Consortium (BRC) or Safe Quality Foods (SQF)
- Provide recommendations for product discontinuation, quarantine, destruction, rework, withdrawal/recall to operations and quality management.
- Conduct all duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and other applicable guidelines.
- 15-20% travel to facilities and states as the need arises.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree, 10+ years' experience in a quality role
- Prior experience in highly regulated industry: healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods (food), cannabis. Highly desirable: FDA, HACCP, SQF or BRC experience.
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function
- Prior experience overseeing Quality functions at multiple sites.
- Prior experience with product sampling, inspection procedures, customer complaints, product investigations, and CAPA
- Prior experience in regulatory agency audits and correspondence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing executive summaries and communicating with senior level operations, quality management team, and regulatory agencies
