Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

Summary
Supports the cultivation team by daily schedule updates, daily walk throughs of grow rooms and being able to identify any issues in the rooms, creating schedules, updating excel spreadsheets, and communicating with the grow team/harvest team/cure department. Reports to the Compliance Manager.
Responsibilities
Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
- Verify and track all plant inventory movement; from mother to clone to veg to flower to harvest
- Daily grow room walk throughs.
- Monthly auditing of plants

Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for our state-of-the-art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Anna, IL. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will perform and coordinate cultivation facility finance and production analysis activities to ensure financial integrity of cultivation operations. Working out of Anna, IL, this role will support day-to-day accounting, planning, and analysis to monitor the operations of the facility. Responsibilities will also include identifying potential cost savings opportunities to maximize facility profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information for the monthly accounting close process. Assist with the development of standard costs for products produced at the facility.
- Participate in the annual budget process and the updating of financial forecasts.
- Coordinate and oversee physical inventories and audits.
- Develop and review production performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and related data with management. Understand trends and analyze root causes. Develop and analyze harvest yield reports.
- Provide reports and data to cultivation and production managers to assist them in managing their departments’ operations and expenses.
- Analyze cost drivers, identify, and recommend opportunities for cost-effective solutions.
- Provide financial support on as needed basis to general manager and other facility department heads.
- Responsible for fixed asset safeguarding and tracking along with financial analysis to monitor capital projects.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree.
- 3+ years' experience in plant/cost accounting and production statistic generation/analysis in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative with the ability to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating good judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness.

Summary
The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing outbound logistics, leading the team in successful distribution and delivery of sales orders across Northern Illinois and the Chicagoland area. They will ensure productivity goals are met and all activities are compliant with state regulations. This role will report directly to the General Manager and work on-site in Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities
- Oversee outbound logistics for all sales orders across Northern Illinois and the Chicagoland area, including order release, pick operations, manifest, scheduling/route preparation, and customer delivery.
- Audit and reconcile delivery manifests, ensuring order specifications, quantity, and quality are accurate.
- Track and trace shipment and deliveries.
- Create and maintain necessary records and inventory reports for all cannabis and non-cannabis products.
- Collaborate with sales and Anna operations teams to coordinate and optimize shipment schedules.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and weekly routine cleaning in the Grow Department (sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing).
- Clean grow trays and equipment as outline on the cleaning schedule.

Summary
Compliance Manager is responsible for collaborating with management to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures; review process maps; and support standard operating procedure (SOP) prepared by retail, cultivation, and operations for cannabis regulatory approval. This role will report directly to the General Manager and work on-site at our cultivation facility in Phoenix, with the occasional travel to our dispensary in Phoenix.
Responsibilities
- Review process maps and standard operating procedures for cannabis regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback to business partners regarding recommended modification of processes and practices to ensure compliance following state law.
- Assist with investigations when appropriate.
- Report any legal/regulatory concerns and stay abreast of regulatory updates and best practices.
- Conduct internal inspections/audits of cultivation and dispensary operations to mitigate any risks that could lead to violations, fines, and loss of cannabis license.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to develop compliance standards for critical processes.
- Collaborate with Internal Business Partners to develop compliance training.
- Assist with regular internal regulatory inspections/audits and make recommendations for improvements to the business.
- Assist with State regulatory inspections.
- Partner with the business to determine necessary corrective action measures and implementation timelines, as well as drafting plans of correction to regulatory agencies.
- Communicate all regulatory compliance-related issues to employees in a clear, consistent, and effective way.
- Assist in the development of an internal inspection/audit plan and schedule and perform all internal inspections/audits per schedule.
- Draft internal inspection/audit reports and follow-up documents promptly.
- Serve as a resource for business partners regarding changes in cannabis regulations.
- Support and execute Company mission and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other departments, team members, and business partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business or related field or minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, business management, biology, or related industry preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience working in a regulatory environment.
- Experience in reviewing process maps and SOPs.
- General knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Meticulous attention to detail is required.
- Be detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and analytical.
- Proficient in spreadsheet and data management software, specifically in Excel.
- Experience in staff training and development preferred.
- Efficient in state-mandated cannabis software programs, such as BioTrack.
- Strong process management skills.
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations.
- Skilled in working with technical experts.
- Genuine interest, appreciation, and passion for the cannabis industry and consumers.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to successfully register as an agent in state’s cannabis commission.

We are seeking a full-time Master Grower for our state-of-the-art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Riverbank, CA. The Master Grower is responsible for managing all aspects of the cannabis crop cultivation at the production facility through successful coaching and development of the cultivation team. The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture, excellent interpersonal skills, experience leading others, and strong cannabis knowledge with a willingness to continually learn more about the subject. Our ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree or higher in horticulture or agriculture and significant experience managing a commercial production facility. This role will report directly to the General Manager and work on-site at our cultivation facility in Riverbank.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale cultivation using aeroponic systems, with emphasis on coordinating, timing, scheduling, and supervising the crop cultivation processes.
- Ensure a collaborative work environment through workload planning, delegation, and cross training team members for efficiency and development.
- Establish, refine, and improve overall crop quality using data-driven results to ensure the ability to grow and prepare the highest quality cannabis.
- Schedule workers and manage plant scheduling and workflow organization to precisely fulfill all facility needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Perform/supervise all required duties in the Cultivation Department, including but not limited to mother plant maintenance, cloning, topping, transplanting, trellising, low-stress training, defoliation, nutrient and irrigation management, preventative and curative sprays, and inventory management.
- Manage crop growing environment by monitoring and adjusting plant environment, including temperature, humidity, CO2, and light levels.
- Monitor and identify plant pests and disease and prescribe methods to prevent and mitigate pest issues, along with implementation of the company standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Adhere to intake SOP protocols and collaborate with Director of Cultivation on integration of new genetics brought in by the company.
- Work with the maintenance team and contractors to keep environmental and grow systems in good working order and scheduling maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion.
- Effectively manage and assist in training a cultivation crew and ensure that all actions performed in the facility adhere to the crop cultivation SOP and protocols.
- Ensures a positive work environment, motivated staff, and efficient workflows through open communication, team leadership, technical guidance, staff scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Continue to expand knowledge base in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies, adjustment of nutrients and environmental parameters for specific strain needs, and ways to increase product quality and yields.
- Develop methods for reducing expenditures and cultivate within budgetary restrictions.
- Operate heavy and light horticultural equipment and machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work closely with General Manager, Director of Cultivation, and other departments as necessary to implement Company goals.
- Create work schedules, cultivation logistics, goals, and objectives.
- Assist in hiring of cultivation staff members.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate cultivation staff members.
- Partner with Human Resources as necessary to ensure positive productive work environment.

Qualifications
- 5 years of management in a commercial grow operation.
- 2 years of commercial grow experience as a Master Grower or equivalent role.
- Knowledge of large-scale commercial plant cultivation, including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, air flow, etc.
- Knowledge of plant pest issues, insects, and fungi as well control options, especially as it pertains to cannabis and state regulations.

Strong candidates will have enthusiasm for cannabis and a collaborative, hardworking attitude. Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required. Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a state background check.

Position Overview
The Cannabis Consultant works within the Patient Care department to ensure excellent guest and patient services, provide positive guest and patient consultations, and ensure the distribution of quality products to our guests. The Retail Associate assesses the individual needs of our guests or patients, provides superior product knowledge, and conducts sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Essential Job Functions
- Create a meaningful relationship with our guests
- Ability to listen to what our guests are looking for and individualize product recommendations to provide the experience they are seeking
- Educate guests on a variety of available products that will achieve their desired outcomes
- Engage with guest in an authentic way to exceed their expectations
- Elicit feedback from returning guests on previously purchased products to customize new cannabis product recommendations
- Continuously educate yourself on new cannabis products
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Provide excellent service for all guests
- Always communicate with sensitivity and respect for patients, staff and visitors
- Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines
- Address patient issues, utilizing the Assistant General Manager when appropriate
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Ensure departmental and dispensary compliance to internal, local and state policies
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure the accuracy of assigned cash register till
- Prevent the diversion of cannabis.
- Communicate regularly with the Assistant General Manager.to satisfy department needs and patient feedback.
- Maintain the overall appearance, organization and cleanliness of the department and service counter areas
- Attend daily pre-opening meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager or General Manager
Requirements
- Has 2 years retail experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-pace environment
- Excel in a competitive team environment
- The ability to work a flexible schedule based on the business needs
- Cannabis knowledge
Preferred Skills/Abilities
- Prior experience working within the cannabis industry
- Prior experience working with medical patients
