Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred; or relevant work experience of 5+ years.
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing quality control internal audits.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must be computer literate, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

The Master Grower is responsible for managing all aspects of the cannabis crop cultivation at the production facility through successful coaching and development of the cultivation team. Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale cultivation using aeroponic systems, with emphasis on coordinating, timing, scheduling, and supervising the crop cultivation processes.
- Ensure a collaborative work environment through workload planning, delegation, and cross training team members for efficiency and development.
- Establish, refine, and improve overall crop quality using data-driven results to ensure the ability to grow and prepare the highest quality cannabis.
- Schedule workers and manage plant scheduling and workflow organization to precisely fulfill all facility needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Perform/supervise all required duties in the Cultivation Department, including but not limited to mother plant maintenance, cloning, topping, transplanting, trellising, low-stress training, defoliation, nutrient and irrigation management, preventative and curative sprays, and inventory management.
- Manage crop growing environment by monitoring and adjusting plant environment, including temperature, humidity, CO2, and light levels.
- Monitor and identify plant pests and disease and prescribe methods to prevent and mitigate pest issues, along with implementation of the company standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Adhere to intake SOP protocols and collaborate with Director of Cultivation on integration of new genetics brought in by the company.
- Work with the maintenance team and contractors to keep environmental and grow systems in good working order and scheduling maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion.
- Effectively manage and assist in training a cultivation crew and ensure that all actions performed in the facility adhere to the crop cultivation SOP and protocols.
- Ensures a positive work environment, motivated staff, and efficient workflows through open communication, team leadership, technical guidance, staff scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Continue to expand knowledge base in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies, adjustment of nutrients and environmental parameters for specific strain needs, and ways to increase product quality and yields.

The Receptionist is responsible for supporting Human Resources department personnel by promptly, accurately, professionally, and courteously receiving and directing all telephone calls and visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determine nature of calls and visits and directs callers and visitors to the appropriate person.
- Takes down messages and all pertinent information from callers and visitors.
- Operates telephone console to facilitate internal messages and telephone transfers.
- Receives incoming telephone calls and places outgoing calls.
- Orders supplies for office.
- Assists with door security process.
- Provides answers to routine inquiries and other information as appropriate.
- May perform simple clerical duties when time permits.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel experience required.
- Must be able to maintain excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must be able to hold confidential information.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

Our company requires the Budtender to assume the role in assisting and educating people in finding the best options for their needs and ensuring patrons are receiving the best care possible. The Budtender will be responsible for demonstrating efficient work methods, educating people on products and dosing, intake and verification, operating a POS system, and cashing out patrons while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment for people to access products. The General Manager is responsible for managing dispensary operations and ensuring guests are receiving the best customer experience possible. The General Manager will be responsible for hiring employees, overseeing supervisors, training of new hires, scheduling, ordering supplies, budgeting expenses and managing customer care.
